Whole house and grounds for full day - $1,400 plus GST Whole house and grounds for half day (10am – 4pm or 6pm – 12pm) - $900 Plus GST Upstairs rooms only for full day - $900 Plus GST Upstairs rooms only for half day -(10am – 4pm or 6pm – 12pm) $700 Plus GST

Winter and spring 1 st May – 31 st October

Whole house and grounds for full day - $1,200 plus GST Whole house and grounds for half day (10am – 4pm or 6pm – 12pm) - $800 Plus GST Upstairs rooms only for full day - $800 Plus GST Upstairs rooms only for half day -(10am – 4pm or 6pm – 12pm) $550 Plus GST

1. All indoor tables and chairs with white linen clothes2. Red herring catering will sit and discuss your ideas and create a menu to suit your function and

budget. 3. Consultations and tasting.4. Menu cards for all tables. 5. Cake table and knife for cutting the cake.6. Note that we include the cost of the cleaning in the venue hire, however if there is a substantial

amount of cleaning afterword’s there will be a charge of $150.00
