Summer 1 st October– 30 th April

Whole house and grounds for full day (3pm-12am) - $1,700 Plus GST Whole house and grounds for half day (4pm- 9pm or 6pm-11pm) - $1,500 Plus GST Upstairs rooms only for full day (3pm-12am) - $1,500 Plus GST Upstairs rooms only for half day (4pm-9pm or 6pm – 11pm) $1,000 Plus GST

Winter and spring 1 st May – 30th September

Included in price

1. All indoor tables and chairs with white linen clothes2. Red herring catering will sit and discuss your ideas and create a menu to suit your function and

budget. 3. Consultations and tasting.4. Menu cards for all tables. 5. Cake table and knife for cutting the cake.6. Note that we include the cost of the cleaning in the venue hire, however if there is a substantial

amount of cleaning afterword’s there will be a charge of $150.00
