Last year with the patronage of sponsors, Lifetime Assistance Foundation raised $85,000 to provide life-enriching experiences and opportunities to adults and children with developmental disabilities. The 2014 Airport 5K is a fun, family-oriented community event that attracts more than 800 participants of all ages including many of the children and adults we support. The event will be held on June 21, 2014 and will feature many local activities. Ryan Chalmers will be the guest speaker for our event this spring. He is a para-lympian who was born with spina bifida and recently just travelled across the United States by his bike alone. We are extremely excited to have him as a part of the Airport 5K this year!
