ABSTRACT: In the beginning, WEE SYSTEM were limited to large organizations. The need for making rapid decision based on

the analysis of the complex data lead to the use of Enterprise Resource Planning system [1]. Our WEE SYSTEM is a system which

is implemented in an integrated manner with an aim to coordinate and bring about cooperation within a function of an enterprise.

This system is implemented for the company named as Shraddha Enterprise, which want to handle all day-to-day activities, orders,

quotation, database etc. of the company. The system is a safe and secure, that allows better management of operations and reacts

quickly to the situations as they arise. The purpose of this paper is to address the benefits of Enterprise Resource Planning for

organizations. The main objective of implementing an WEE SYSTEM is to analyze and to help its users to take real time decision of

its business processes [1]. It will enhance the productivity of the company and gain more profits in future, and in case if the

company planning for a new branch the work will be handled by our system that will reduce half of the complexity of managing

data. The trend of new era for ERP has been evolved from On-Premise to Cloud-Base [3]. The main concept of our WEE SYSTEM

is handling the Enterprise Resource and keeping Cloud as the backup plan for data retrieval. The concept of “Cloud Computing” is used

in our system to handle the crashes and managing the automated recovery of data.

Keywords- WEE SYSTEM, Enterprise Resource Planning, Cloud computing, ERP, Cloud as the backup plan for data

retrieval.

I. INTRODUCTION

Many organizations often end up running their business with people dependency rather than process dependency. This

results in inability for management to force changes during critical stage. WEE SYSTEM can be an effective tool for organization to

automate their operations and thereby helps the management to gain visibility and control over the process which can open up the

opportunity to save cost in many ways. The concepts such as Management Resource Planning (MRP) were elaborated to assist

business managers by integrating various business planning processes mainly in the topics of logistics and manufacturing. It

organizes and integrates operation processes and information flows to make optimum use of resources such as men, material, money

and machine.

In today’s world enterprise become more developed area and the main challenge is to handle the activities

going on which are complex in nature and processing them manually has become inefficient. To solve this problem we are going to

design a management system for an enterprise which has multiple features that can reduce the complexity of managing data and

make enterprise efficient to manage. The concept of WEE SYSTEM is designed to support the functionality of enterprise has a

significant step forward in the technology assisted business process integration.

II. RELATED WORK

Companies are looking for an information system that can handle massive workloads. This is where Enterprise

Management systems come into play [2]. The first breakthrough in the system development was the Enterprise Resources Planning

management concept and application system. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is integrated inside WEE SYSTEM. WEE

SYSTEM is basically high complex system which integrates the various business processes and information associated within an

organization [1]. But these systems are very expensive so all organizations can’t afford it; therefore we are implementing a system

which cost-efficient i.e. affordable, user-friendly, simple to use, secured and scalable.

Example: 1) SAP is an enterprise management software or large scale enterprise which provides all the functionalities within an

organizations, but it is not affordable for small-scale to mid-scale enterprises hence our WEE SYSTEMsystem can use in this

enterprises with various functionalities, affordable cost and easy to use.

2) Majority of WEE SYSTEM like ePROMIS and SAP are desktop application hence it needs to install correctly and train user to

use this type of system. Different versions of hardware and software should be configured to use this system. But, Our WEE system

is a website having all the features, so user can access it from anywhere and anytime with basic configuration.

III. DESIGN PHASE

The system design requirements or principles are security, scalability, maintainability, ease of use, simplicity [6].

A. Block diagram

The Block diagram shows the overall architecture of the system and also it gives a short perception about the implementa-

tion of our system. This architecture contains one actor i.e. Admin who can logs in and interacts with the system using the internet.

The data of the system is stored or retrieved from the database server and this data is replicate in the cloud storage.

Fig 1: Block Diagram

B. Use case diagram

Use case diagram represents the various functions of the system those are active in the system. In WEE SYSTEM the

Admin should be a registered user. Only the admin can update, alter or remove the information if any changes required and manage

all record details.

IV. IMPLEMENTATION

1) This is the first phase, where admin opens the system and logs in with correct credential. The admin of the company is in-

charge of the system handling. To access the system the machine should be connected to the Internet. Admin uses or

modifies the information in the system; and at the end of the day all the data is stored.

Fig 3: System Flow

2) Admin is the one who handles the system. Admin manages the business calculation, a functionality is added where day-to-

day business profit & loss is managed and recorded; and informs the admin about the present status of the company. Also a

graph is displayed to show the statistics of the company benefits.

Fig 4: Management by Admin

3) The main functionality is the cloud computing, having a cost-efficient website isn’t all until we have a good storage or

backup for data. A cloud is set for storage and backup of the data. We are setting a trigger by which present day data will

be stored in the cloud. For cloud services we are using 000WEBHOST CLOUD SERVICES which will be useful for future

use, the account of 000WEBHOST cloud services should be renewed by paying very small amount of price; which makes

our system more feasible.

4) Retrieval of data:

As mentioned before for retrieval of data, the data is retrieved from cloud and loaded into the system database and then

fetched in the system and shown to the user who is the admin.

5) Even if the admin changes his location, he can access the system from any part of the world. For that we are going to host

our system on web, which makes our available anywhere in the world.

6) Procedure to make an order:

The order made by the client is stored into the database as quotation and the quotation is mailed to the client. When the

order is confirmed it will convert into invoice and save as a pdf format and saved in an invoice database.

VI. CONCLUSION

The system built for enterprise which is affordable, manageable, and more secure. Since existing Enterprise Management

System applications tend to be very expensive, because so many core functions are bundled together in one package. Because these

different functions are integrated and can all draw off each other, businesses can streamline their processes and improve

collaboration across teams, which in turn create efficiencies. WEE SYSTEM also draws on real-time data intelligence, meaning that

business-critical decisions can be made using accurate information. Because WEE SYSTEM is cloud-based, it offers high

scalability without the IT complexity. This is beneficial for enterprises that operate around the world, as it can scale to any size, and

also simplifies the management of international trade across suppliers, contractors, partners and customers. WEE SYSTEM services

on offer are both customizable and flexible, meaning that they can grow with a business as well as be ready for newer innovations.

Our system is applicable across all sizes, functions and industries. It has in-depth features in accounting and controlling, production

and materials management, quality management and company maintenance, sales and distribution, human resources management,

sales and distribution, human resources management, and project management.
