BOIL RED CABBAGE WITHOUT SALT
WE NEED VINEGAR AND BAKING SODA
INTO THE GLASS ON THE RIGHT WE POUR VINEGAR (ACID), ON THE LEFT – WE ADD
BAKING SODA (BASE)
THE STOCK CHANGES ITS COLOUR: BAKING SODA (BASE) IS BLUE, VINEGAR (ACID) IS RED
WE TOOK TWO PLATES. ON THE PLATE ON THE LEFT WE POURED SOME VINEGAR, AND ON THE
PLATE ON THE RIGHT WE POURED SOME WATER WITH BAKING SODA
WE CAN SEE THE RESULTS AGAIN: ROLLED PIECES OF PAPER TOWEL ARE RED-PURPLE ON THE PLATE WITH
VINEGAR (ACID) AND BLUE – ON THE PLATE WITH BAKING SODA ( BASE)
WHEN WE POUR THE STOCK WITH BAKING SODA INTO THE STOCK WITH VINEGAR WE GET PURPLE VOLCANO
