Description: The tour offered is fantastic voyage through the colorful, historic and intriguing

waterways of Russia (Moscow Canal, Upper Volga, White Sea–Baltic Canal) connecting the

Volga River with the Baltic Sea and the White Sea on board of modern comfortable motor ship.

You will see virgin nature of the Russian North, medieval Golden Ring city Uglich, Europe's two

largest lakes (the Ladoga Lake and the Onego Lake with the Kizhi fantastic open-air museum of

wooden architecture). This tour from Moscow to St. Petersburg doesn't include accommodation

and other services at the above cities. St. Petersburg city sightseeing tour is included only.

During your trip you will stay at outside twin air-conditioned cabins with private facilities and

large opening window. Daily entertainment on board is included: concerts, movies, master

classes, morning exercises.

Itinerary:

Day 1-3. Petersburg: Welcome to Saint Petersburg! During bus city tour you have a chance to

familiarize yourself with the main architectural and historical masterpieces of the city: St. Isaac’s

Cathedral, the Church of the Savior on Blood, and of course, the Nevsky Prospect, the city’s

main avenue. Then you will visit the St. Peter and Paul fortress — the oldest city’s building, the

birthplace of the city. Fullboard since dinner on Day 1 including 1 lunch at the city restaurant.





Day 4. Mandrogi: Taste a traditional Russian barbecue-shashlik. Your meal will be

accompanied by a folk ensemble. Then you will have a walk around this amazing Mandrogui

village inhabited by talented craftsmen. (BLD)

Day 5. Kizhi: Explore the reserved island of Kizhi and it is an open air museum with a precious

collection of wooden churches and chapels. Walking on the island, you can see peasant houses,

bell towers, windmills which were all collected from different parts of Russian North. Among

them is the pearl of the collection — the 22-dome Transfiguration Cathedral (1714), that was

built without a single nail. The museum’s collection is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Day 6. Goritsy: You will visit the Monastery of St. Cyril on the White Lake. Founded in the

14th century, the monastery has preserved its magnificent architecture and fascinates the visitors

by its wonderful collection of Russian Orthodox icons and majestic churches. (BLD)

Day 7. Yaroslavl: Bus city tour, local market (free time), Church of St Elijah the Prophet (outside), the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker (inside visit), Interactive tour of former Governor’s House

(Art Gallery). (BLD)

Day 8. Uglich: Welcome to the fascinating and ancient city of Uglich, part of the “Golden Ring”

of cities surrounding Moscow. You will visit the Kremlin, Dmitry on the Blood Church and

Transfiguration Cathedral. (BLD)

Day 9-11. Moscow: Bus city tour, Kremlin with the visit to 1 Cathedral. Fullboard till the

breakfast on Day 11.

Ships:

«Swan Lake». Four-deck vessel, type 302.

The ship is named after the famous ballet «Swan Lake» by Pyotr Tchaikovsky. Cabin types: 24

new Junior suites including 20 balcony cabins named after foremost ballet-dancers and 4 single

cabins with balconies. The ship’s theatre gives performances from its own repertoire, daily and

nightly concerts and entertainment shows. There are the restaurants «Odette» and Odile», the bar

«Fouette» and the cafe «Libretto» on the ship.

“Moonlight Sonata”. Four-deck vessel, type 302. The ship is named after one of the most

famous musical compositions of Beethoven. The ship offer 22 new Junior suites including 18

balcony cabins; two-room Suite with balcony and 5 single balcony cabins for Navigation 2019.

The theme of music will also be reflected in the entertainment program. There are the restaurants

«Jazz» and «Blues» on the ship. For guests’ rest will be playing pleasant music in the bar «Music

lounge». The musicals will be shown in the «Music Hall» in the evenings.

We assist with all visas. Full payment for all visas needs to be paid into our bank account before

proceeding further, lady in our office who will be helping you with the visas will advise you

accordingly. Travel Insurance is required by the Russian Consulate (not travel insurance from

your credit card). We can provide you with the right Travel Insurance as required by the Russian

Consulate.
