execution, personnel system and the changing of organization

culture and values of its personnel;

welfare protection is deemed appropriate, the reception

home will refer the clients to be under the care of the welfare

protect ion and occupational development center for a

period not more than 2 years.The care as provided by the

cen te r i s f o r pe r sons who v i o l a t ed t he P re ven t i on

and Suppress ion o f P ros t i t u t i on Ac t o f 1996 aged

not more than 18 years old covering welfare protection,

occupational development and institutional care so as to

prevent them from running away. Services available include

A welfare and vocational training center for women

is responsible for the provision of services relat ing to

vocational training and practice for women who are from

low-income famil ies, lack opportunity to pursue higher

education, unemployed and young gir ls in the high-r isk

group to enable them to be equipped with the knowledge

required to make a living for themselves and their families.

To prevent these women from being engaged in i l legal

or indecent activities, short-term training courses covering

3 -month and 6 -month pe r iods a re o rgan i zed wh ich

include, for example, dress making or tailoring, beauty salon

and hotel services, off ice workers, arts and crafts and

computer data recording. Services available cover the provision

of four basic necessities, vocational training and practice

in var ious f ie lds for both main and support ing income

generat ion that the cl ients can make use of, problem

examination and analysis for each individual case based on

the principles of social work and employment placement

for the clients.

A welfare and vocational training center for women

is responsible for the provision of services relat ing to

vocational training and practice for women who are from

low-income famil ies, lack opportunity to pursue higher

education, unemployed and young gir ls in the high-r isk

group to enable them to be equipped with the knowledge

required to make a living for themselves and their families.

To prevent these women from being engaged in i l legal

or indecent activities, short-term training courses covering

3 -month and 6 -month pe r iods a re o rgan i zed wh ich

include, for example, dress making or tailoring, beauty salon

and hotel services, off ice workers, arts and crafts and

computer data recording. Services available cover the provision

of four basic necessities, vocational training and practice

in var ious f ie lds for both main and support ing income

generat ion that the cl ients can make use of, problem

examination and analysis for each individual case based on

the principles of social work and employment placement

for the clients.

A technical promotion and support office is responsible

support for Information Technology (IT), supervision and

advice for service providers of all target groups and target

organizations, concerned governmental and non-governmental

organizations and people in general with regard to social
