Confirmation & Deposit PolicyPlease be advised that the above proposal is extended subject to the following conditions:Total payment of the event is required 60 days before the event.Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the date of event, 100% of anticipated revenue.Any reductions to the numbers of guests without prior notice will be imposed with charge accordingly.

1.PRICES:1STAPRIL2013-20THDECEmbER2014:a. The rates are subject to 11% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge. Seasonal charges may apply.b. Villa allocation is based on availability at the time of booking. To block a villa, a separate invoice will be issued to the client by the Reservations team; and a separate

deposit required. Terms and conditions of the Reservations department apply.c. Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) currency and are based on per villa per night exclusive of breakfast.d. Airport transfers are free of charge to Karma Jimbaran for the wedding couple. All other pick-ups from other areas and for other members of the wedding party

will incur a fee of USD 30++ per car, per way.e. Rates are exclusive for this program on the dates mentioned only.f. This rate is valid for family and friends and members of the wedding party only.

2.AmPLIFIEDmUSIC All amplified music must end by 12:00 AM in Karma Lounge.

3.ENTERTAINmENTCLAUSE Karma Jimbaran reserves the right to modify the schedule of the performing artist without prior notification due to the performing artists changes in schedule for travel

and visa related issues. Karma will notify the client at the earliest opportunity available and will arrange for alternate entertainment.

4.AmENDmENT This agreement may be modified or amended if the amendment is made in writing and is signed by both parties.

5.PROPERTY The hosting party is responsible for any property damage to the premises during their scheduled event. All items brought in by the hosting party and/or guests must

be removed at the conclusion of the event. Karma Jimbaran Resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to your property that happens on the premises.

6.INDEmNIFICATION To the extent permitted by law, you agree to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Karma Jimbaran Resort, its owner(s), respective employees and agents

against all claims, losses or damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fine, and costs (including reasonable attorney fees), arising out of or connected with your function, except those claims arising out of the negligence or willful misconduct of the venue. The parties agree in the event that any dispute arises in any way relating to or arising out of this contract, the prevailing party in any arbitration or court proceeding will be entitled to recover an award of its reasonable attorney’s fees.

7.WETWEATHER&ACTSOFGOD The Events Manager will organise to the best of most their ability to advise on the date to attempt to try and avoid heavy rainfall. Karma Jimbaran recommends a rain

stopper for your event and will be charged at a rate of IDR 2,000,000++ per event. However Karma Jimbaran Resort will not guarantee this will prevent wet weather. If in the event it rains and the client has organised a rain stopper, 50% of the rain stopper fee will be refunded to the client. No payments for the event organization will be refunded.

8.mISCELLANEOUSa. Hair and make-up, wedding photography, flower arrangements and decorations can be provided with an additional charge by outside suppliers. Specific load-in

and load-out times of the resort apply. Food & beverages are only supplied by Karma Jimbaran and cannot be provided by any other party except for wedding cakes (see “e”.)

b. Food tasting of the selected wedding dinner menu is free of charge for the bride and groom only, after the client has paid the 50% deposit of the current total bill.c. The Karma Kids Menu applies for children under 12 years of age. Any children under 6 years of age and who are staying on the resort eat free of charge at the event.d. Unless stated otherwise, wedding cakes are provided by Ixora Cakes or Le Bake Shop. Karma Jimbaran will charge the cake price to client. Cake tastings can be

arranged with Ixora directly and/or Karma Jimbaran, and are based on availability of delivery of Ixora Cakes. If you wish to bring in your own, there will be a cake handling fee of USD 3++ per person that will apply.

e. Event Planners/outside decorations are to be consulted with the Karma Jimbaran Management Team and reserve the right to refuse any decorations that will cause injury to any persons and/or damage to the resort property.

9.bOOKINGCONFIRmATION&PAYmENTPOLICYa. In order to reserve and confirm a function or wedding venue and date, Karma Jimbaran requires a 50% deposit of the total sum of the wedding package or rental

exclusivity or rental fee 30 days prior to the event. The remaining 50% of the above details is required 90 days prior to your function date. The remaining balance of any additional items added within this period is to be settled 60 days prior to the date of your function and no later.

b. In the event the client wishes to change the function or wedding venue at a later stage, additional fees may apply and the new venue space will be subject to availability.

c. In order to assure your wedding day runs smoothly, please assign ONE member of your party to coordinate timings, speeches etc with the Karma Jimbaran Events Manager on the day.

10.CANCELLATIONPOLICYa. In case of a cancellation of the wedding arrangements up to 120 days prior to the wedding or function date at Karma Jimbaran, the client will forfeit the deposit and

Karma Jimbaran will refund the total paid less the deposit sum back to the client. This however excludes any suppliers that have been booked in advance. The client agrees to cover all paid expenses that cannot be reimbursed. Bank transfer costs are at the client’s expense.b. In case of cancellations of the wedding arrangements within 120-60 days prior to the wedding or function date at Karma Jimbaran, 50% of the paid deposit and

anticipated revenue will be refunded to the client. Bank transfer costs are at the client’s expense.c. In case of cancellations of the wedding arrangements within 60 days prior to the wedding or function date at Karma Jimbaran, 100% of the anticipated revenue &

total bill will be charged to the client. d. Any reduction of the number of guests within 14 days prior to the wedding or function date will be charged to the client accordingly. No refund of money is possible at this stage.e. No changes can be made to decor, food, beverage, cakes, entertainment etc within 14 days prior to the wedding or function date.f. All bank charges are at the client’s expense.
