The M.A.i process control system al-lows you to monitor your process live by creating quality control charts for individual process characteristics. These can be live at any time direc-tly on the machine or also from the office.

We make an important contribution to corona preventi-on by manufacturing production lines for protective masks.

With our systems manufactured in Kronach, Upper Fran-conia, FFP2 and FFP3 folding masks can be produced fully automatically with or without additional filters in ac-cordance with DIN EN-149. The systems are CE certified,have an output of up to 60 masks per minute depending on the material and a high technical system availability of ≥ 90 %.

By integrating a packaging line, the masks can also be individually bagged, labeled and stacked in car-tons, providing our customer with a complete solution.

In combination with the production facilities, we also arran-ge contacts with manufacturers of filter materials and nonwo-vens, which are necessary for the production of high-quality certified masks.

The production lines produce foldable masks with unsealed outer ears, which can consist of up to 4/6 layers. The size of the mask is (for adults): ca. 15,7 cm x 10,8 cm

The production lines are very easy to operate, compatible, reliable and cost-effective. The manufactured masks can be used for medicinal uses and in electronics, mining, construction, catering and other industries.
