Provide new knowledge on the green house gas (GHG) emissions from wastewater and sludge processes.

Provide good decision support on suitable combinations and operation for such processes to minimize GHG emissions.

Monitoring N2O emissions in the Anammox pilot showed that 0.4 –2% of nitrogen load was converted into N2O.
