Wastewater As a global leader in the packaged wastewater treatment industry, all Conder products are manufactured and tested to BSN 12566-3 or other required standards, offering proven technical excellence combined with superior quality, performance and durability.

Designed for areas where access to a municipal sewer network is not available, our packaged wastewater treatment solutions can be used on small population sites through to large scale commercial, institutional and industrial applications. With a team of dedicated experts, recognised as being at the forefront of our industry, we also pride ourselves on offering custom-built solutions that are bespoke to individual projects.

Our wastewater treatment products offer a range of above and below ground modular treatment systems, all of which allow for quick, safe and easy installation, low fitting, running and maintenance costs, combined with no moving parts that allow for a completely quiet and odourless operation. Optional pumped feed, flow balancing, high-rate nitrification and pumped discharge also means we can provide a tailored solution within a packaged product.

The Conder ASP serves a population range of between 6 to 25 people and is suitable for residential and small commercial projects. Typical applications include single dwellings, small communities or developments, refurbishments and rural barn conversions.

Fast becoming the industry’s system of choice, the Conder ASP combines superior technical performance with discreet below ground installation, low fitting and running costs together with state of the art design technology.

Onsite SolutionsOur Onsite division provides a comprehensive range of sealed design wastewater treatment products, ranging from Septic Tanks and Cesspools to high specification wastewater treatment plants. Our team will help select the best product solution from our range and for any given application.

The Ecofl o wastewater treatment system is the most recommended, permanent, proven and highest performing compact fi lter available on the water and wastewater treatment market and is unique to Conder Aqua Solutions. The compact coco fi lter is completely sustainable, 100% recyclable and requires zero energy to power the unit and requires zero energy for the treatment.

Suitable for domestic properties and small commercial, communal and institutional projects, Ecofl o offers a permanent and durable wastewater treatment solution with unique benefi ts. These include using up to three times less space than any conventional system and the opportunity to replace internal components, without excavation, at the end of the fi lter media cycle.

Available in a rotomoulded HDPE structure, the Ecofl o’s fi ltering media is made entirely of coco - a natural, organic material - and provides the reassurance of constant performance in all conditions.

Septic TanksOur low profi le septic tank range offers performance durability and, with a durable polyethylene structure and variable invert level, are designed for site conditions where a shallow dig is required. Combined with a pre-fi lter that prolongs the lifespan of the drainage fi eld coupled with lockable pedestrian access and an automatic cut-off fi lter outlet, the Conder low profi le septic tank range is available in either a glass reinforced plastic (GRP) or rotomoulded structure.

Rotomoulded tanks are available in sizes ranging from 3000 to 10000 litres, with GRP tanks manufactured in capacities ranging from 12000 to 250000 litres.

Balancing TanksBalancing Tanks are provided as part of a wastewater treatment system, designed to provide the wastewater plant with a regular flow of influent. Hence reducing the size and capital cost of the wastewater treatment system.

CesspoolsEasy to install and maintenance free, Conder Aqua Solutions range of cesspools – designed for wastewater storage - provide a capacity of up to 250,000 litres and are suitable for installation at a maximum of two metre below finished ground level. For projects where a deeper invert is required, bespoke solutions are available and can be manufactured to order.

Engineered SolutionsOur Engineered Solutions division will look after client need for the more demanding and technical applications. Selecting product from our existing range of wastewater treatment plants, or alternatively providing a bespoke system, our aim is to find the best possible solution in terms of quality, performance and cost.

The Conder SAF range uses proven Submerged Aerated Filter technology with integral primary/humus settlement and sludge storage and is available in a range of above and below ground solutions up to 1800PE. The system of choice for housing developments, small level commercial and institutional projects as well as large scale industrial applications, the Conder SAF is available in either a single of multi stream format and is suited to either a granular or concrete backfill.

Optional flow balancing, pumped feed and high –rate nitrification also means that we can offer an engineered solution within a packaged product.

PeripheralsConder wastewater treatment products come with a variety of optional extras to enhance overall product performance. These include:

• Dosing systems to reduce phosphorous levels or increase alkalinity.

Unique to Conder Aqua Solutions, the Ecoprocess wastewater treatment product line offers varying technologies to suit applications including small towns and cities, commercial, communal, institutional and industrial applications.

The SBR product line meets the most stringent wastewater treatment requirements, offers a process that facilitates high rate nitrifi cation as well as providing optional de-nitrifi cation for total nitrogen removal.

By combining the advanced secondary treatment steps in one single tank, the Ecoprocess SBR is a technology

well suited for domestic as well as high wastewater loads in large scale isolated areas. The technology of choice for very warm and very cold climates, the SBR provides high and stable performance and delivers considerable cost savings on both initial cost and energy for operation. And, as part of Conder’s continuous commitment to product development, the Ecoprocess range will integrate emerging and existing technologies, to include Fixed Film and Activiated Sludge solutions, into new MBR and MBBR product lines as well as tertiary/polishing fi lters.

Stormwater A global leader, Conder Aqua Solutions offers three market leading products in the control and containment of stormwater. All our products are statutorily and industry regulated and ensure all risks associated with storm water usage, spillage and storage are absolutely minimised.

Separators

Conder Aqua Solutions manufactures a selection of oil/water separators designed to reduce contamination in areas where oil and fuel spillages occur.

Ranging in capacity, the separators are available in three product categories; the Bypass Separator for low risk and small scale spillage, the Full Retention Separator, where regular oil contamination occurs and likelihood of spillage is high and the Forecourt Separator when maximum spillage is inevitable.

Statutory alarms and controls – providing audible and visual warning – are also available from us and come in a selection of options; mains system, solar powered or solar alarm which communicates direct to an allocated mobile phone contact.

AttenuationWe offer a complete selection of attenuation tank systems designed to fit any project application. All our tanks are manufactured using a resin rich formula that ensures a durable and non-corrosive surface and can be fitted with flow regulators that ensure controlled water discharge.

Optional extras include a choice of interior partitions, a selection of standard or customised access shafts, installation of inlet and outlet connections and the availability of pump solutions that connect with mains systems.

Rainwater HarvestingConder Aqua Solutions offers a collection of rainwater harvesting products for both the domestic and commercial markets. From cost effective and environmentally friendly solutions for internal and external rainwater use in a domestic environment through to small and large scale commercial applications, we provide a range of rainwater harvesting solutions guaranteed to meet any specific project requirement.

Available in sizes from 1,000 to 250,000 litres, all Conder rainwater tanks are equipped with turret, calmed inlet and overflow facilities together with internal self-cleaning filters.

PeripheralsConder Stormwater products come with a variety of optional extras and enhancements including:

Storage Tanks Conder Aqua Solutions has significant experience in the design, manufacture and installation of GRP storage tanks suitable for storing a wide range of clean or corrosive liquids. Our below and above ground storage tank solutions offer considerable cost savings through a value engineered design that reduce the need for civil works, limit staff time required on site and which are pre developed and manufactured under robust factory controlled conditions.

PeripheralsA wide range of Conder ancillary products and optional extras - including ladders and platforms, side access manways and instrumentation - are all available to complement your storage tank application.

Chemical Storage TanksConder chemical storage tanks are available as pre-assembled above and below ground products available in a range of capacities from 1,000 to 250,000 litres. Available in either vertical or horizontal capacity, all Conder chemical storage tanks are offered with a wide range of lining systems and are available as either single wall or self bunded design. All tanks incorporate our unique weather shroud system, removing all possibility of water ingress, and receive a complete hydraulic factory test prior to site delivery.

Our in house engineering capacity means we can also design for varying tank materials, linings and thickness depending on site circumstances and product requirements.

Potable WaterConder Aqua Solutions manufactures the UKs largest range of potable water storage tanks. Constructed using WRAS approved materials and available as both above and below ground options, we can provide tank sizes from 1,000 to 250,000 litres in a single tank or inter-connected tank format.

SilageWe offer a range of fertiliser silos and tanks available in sizes from 1,000 to 250,000 litres. Manufactured in glass reinforced plastic (GRP) tanks are available as vertical or horizontal options and wall thickness can be engineered to suit project requirements and temperatures.

Pumping Stations The Conder range of package pump stations are designed for raising sewage, effluent, wastewater and surface water in low lying or flat areas and locations remote from mains sewage.

With key product features including an auto coupling system that eliminates any need for tank entry, five tonne rated manhole covers supplied as standard and a control panel with high level warning and main supply isolator, the Conder pumping station range is designed for applications including single households and housing developments through to commercial and industrial projects.

Available as glass reinforced plastic or polyethylene chambers, the plug and play design of the Conder pumping stations also benefit from the flexibility of bespoke solutions including flow rates up to 90 litres per second, a selection of rising main options, single or three phase unit options and the choice of single or dual pumps.

Conder Aqua Solutions offers three ranges of pumping stations. The Vertical Pump Station designed for 24-hour storage and sized between 1-3m in diameter and with a depth of six metres. The Horizontal Pump Station for large sewage and storm water attenuation schemes available up to four metres in diameter and 22 metres in length. The Domestic Pump Station designed for single dwellings, small public amenities and small commercial spaces and which is sized between 1-1.5 metres in diameter with a depth of between 2 and 2.5 metres.

PeripheralsConder package pump stations come with a variety of optional extras to enhance overall pump performance.

These include :

• Remote control panel kiosks

• Ultra sonic level control.
