2 Disconnect / connect LED WIRE from battery box and LED switch.

Each step shows removal and replacement of parts. Follow the steps in order to remove parts, then reverse the steps to replace all parts.

Remove / replace DOOR ASSEMBLY.

3 Remove / replace WARMING RACK and CHEFS DELITE GRID/ TRAY.

Remove / replace HEAT TENT.

Remove / replace all burner HITCH PINS, CARRYOVER TUBES and BURNER BRACES. Lift back end of burner up to disengage from valve and rest on back wall of firebox.VERY IMPORTANT: Burner tubes must reengage valve openings when replace burners.

7 Remove / replace SIDEBURNER GRATE.

8 Disconnect / connect side burner and main burner ELECTRODE WIRES. Remove / replace side burner VENTURI CLIP and WING SCREW. Remove / replace SIDE BURNER.

Remove / replace side burner side burner KNOB, BEZEL and VALVE.

11 Remove / replace SCREWS and WASHERS inside firebox.Remove / replace bottom two shelf mounting screws.Loosen / tighten two screws as shown. Lift shelf up and out to remove shelf. Both sides.

12 Remove / replace CONTROL PANEL.
