Section 2 - Healthand progression walksAll our health walks are delivered in conjunction with Walking for Health – a national initiative that helps people access short, free and friendly health walks in their local area. Our progression walks are harder and longer in duration, over 90 minutes or more.

Many of our walks are possible thanks to the dedication and hard work of our volunteer walk leaders. It would greatly help our walk leaders if anyone new to the walk can arrive 20 minutes before the start time, (15 minutes for regular participants) to enable them to complete registration and start the walks on time.
