    Spooky v1.00

A Rife machine for every home John White

Spookys StoryIn March 2011, experienced Rife user and experimenter Johann Stegmann discovered something that turned his beliefs upside down.

A friend of his had just bought a new Rife machine. Johanns friend made the astounding claim that the DNA contained in fingernails or hair could transmit energy frequencies directly to the owner of that DNA simply by placing the samples between the machines electrodes.

Johann was skeptical. So he and his friend tried it on Johanns daughter. To his amazement, it worked perfectly.

So he looked for an explanation. And he found that this phenomenon was actually sound science.

Albert Einstein called it spooky action at a distance. Modern physics calls it quantum entanglement. Simply stated, it means that if any part of a single system is removed from that system to a different location, any action performed upon the part will also be instantaneously performed on the originating system, and vice versa.

Your fingernails are part of the single system that is you. So when frequency energy is transmitted to your nails, its effects will also be transmitted to you and only you, because of your unique identifier present in every cell of your body. Your DNA.

Over the following 18 months, Johann continued to experiment and discovered a way to monitor and verify the effects of the frequencies remotely. In every case, his experiments worked perfectly.

In the course of his work, Johann discovered that many people couldnt afford to buy their own Rife machines. So he started toseek out alternative devices. He joined forces with technical designer Hank Gigandet, and together they tested many different instruments. They discovered that the energy transmitted by many of them was harsh, unpleasant, and ineffective.

But they also found some that emitted soft, pleasant energy that not only made the test subjects feel good, but worked just as well as even the best commercial Rife machines.

  • 2.

The device they settled on was the UDB1108S DDS frequency generator. These are pretty inexpensive, but the software to run them was written in Chinese and not really suitable for the specialised job of rifing. So Johann and Hank wrote their own software RideUSB that would do what they wanted.

It had one limitation, however it could only run one frequency generator per computer.

Id been following these developments with increasing interest and excitement. After discussions with Johann and Hank, we agreed that Id sit down and write a new software package that would not only roll all the functionality of RideUSB into it, but would also allow up to 80 frequency generators to be run by a single computer.

That software is Spooky. But without the prior work of Johann and Hank, I doubt if Spooky would ever have existed.

The man who invented the Rife machine was Dr. Royal Raymond Rife. His lifelong dream was to see an inexpensive Rife machine in every home on the planet.

Spooky is our homage to a man of genius, vision, courage, and integrity. Its our hope and belief that Spooky will enable the good doctors dream to be realised at last.

System requirementsPC (Macs can run Windows using Boot Camp to make a dedicated drive or partition, or by purchasing Parallels Desktop or VMware Fusion).

Spooky was designed for use with Windows XP, but it also runs perfectly in 32-bit mode on a Windows 7 PC. There are known compatibility issues with Windows 8.

For users who can only run Windows 8 on their PCs, we suggest you pick up a pre-owned machine with Windows XP or Windows 7 already installed and dedicate it solely to running Spooky. These can usually be bought for a very modest outlay. Since many of you will wish to try experiments with long run times, this may be a good idea anyway.

    The experiences of ordinary people:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fh0RJczTAc

Until the last decade, Rife machines worked either by using radio/plasma light, or electrical energy. The machine in the first video above uses radio and light. Such machines require the subject to stay within about six feet of the machine, or to be physically connected via electrodes. They are expensive because they require custom-made components, are built in small numbers, and, because the technology is still largely unknown to the general public, sell to a tiny market.

And then DNA research in the former Soviet Union caught the attention of western physicists working in the area of Rife research. Since the Russian results could only be explained by quantum physics, they tried their own experiments by broadcasting audio energy via what physics calls nonlocal space, using DNA as a transmitter and receiver.

It worked. Frequencies transmitted via a subjects fingernails were immediately picked up by the subject without radio, light, or wired electrodes. And the results were every bit as powerful as those of the best Rife machines money could buy. Not only that, but the subjects distance from the machine was completely irrelevant incredibly, even thousands of miles made no difference whatsoever.

New machines subsequently developed to use nonlocal transmission were less expensive than conventional Rife machines. But for many, they still remained out of reach.

Enter Spooky v1.00 the worlds first (and only) powerful nonlocal Rife machine for less than $100.

    8. Now click Next.

    9. The driver will be installed and report Installation Successful.

    10. Click Finish.

Now we just need to make your DNA holder.

But first, lets take a tour of Spookys interface and features.

  • 13.

Using Spooky:Spooky has been designed to be supremely easy to use. If you ever wonder what any part of the program does, just hover your mouse over it and a pop-up note will explain it.

The first thing to do now is to find a program for the condition you want to experiment with. Here, well look for programs associated with cancer research.

As you type the word cancer in the search box, the programs that match will appear in the larger box below. You can select any of these by double-clicking on it. It will then appear in the smaller selection box on the lower right. You can continue to add programs from your search results to the selection box by double-clicking each one you want.

To remove a program from the selection box, simply double-click it.

If you want to restrict your program search to well-known databases like the original Rife frequencies, the Consolidated Annotated Frequency List (CAFL), or Dr. Hulda Clarks frequencies, simply select and deselect the relevant checkboxes. The best frequencies to use start at the top. The Custom database will contain the frequencies you enter yourself.

  • 14.

If you want to add your own custom frequencies, or frequency sets purchased from third party vendors, just click the Add Custom Frequency button.

    This dialog will appear:

Enter the name of the condition, pathogen, or parasite, then the frequencies and their durations (dwell times), in their respective fields. If you want to insert a rest period where no frequencies will be transmitted, simply use a frequency of zero (0). A rest period of one hour would be entered as 0=60 (minutes).

To choose the waveform you require, select your choice as shown below.

(We suggest you select the Square waveform for remote use).

  • 15.

Now you need to specify how many times you want your frequencies, frequency sets, or programs to repeat.

Heres an example. Lets say youve selected two programs you want to run. The first program has the frequencies 1, 3, and 5. The second has the frequencies 200, 300, and 500. (All frequencies are in Hz cycles per second).

If you enter 1 in the Repeat each individual frequency box, the frequencies transmitted are:

    1, 3, 5, 200, 300, 500.

If you enter 2 in the same box, heres the result:

    1, 1, 3, 3, 5, 5, 200, 200, 300, 300, 500, 500.

If, instead, you enter 2 in the Repeat each frequency set box, heres what you get:

    1, 3, 5, 1, 3, 5, 200, 300, 500, 200, 300, 500.

If you just enter 2 in the Repeat complete program box, heres whats transmitted:

    1, 3, 5, 200, 300, 500, 1, 3, 5, 200, 300, 500.

  • 16.

You can make entries in all three boxes to tailor your experiments as you wish. To make frequency sets run continuously, simply enter 0 (zero) in the Repeat complete program box.

Now you can enter the test subjects name and any notes you wish. This is optional, but it makes it easier to keep track of whos on each channel (each frequency generator in your setup constitutes one channel). This log will be written to file.

Now click the green Start button on the channel you wish to use.

The percentage tag above the Start button showing your progress through the program will now have a green background this indicates that the channel is running. The numeral inside the Start button is the channel number.

Clicking the Start button while the channel is active will immediately jump to the next programmed frequency.

The grey button below the Start button will Pause the program. Click it again to continue.

The red button is (you guessed it) the Stop button. Click this to stop the program entirely.

To exit Spooky, click the Quit button.

  • 17.

Every time you start a channel, a file is written to disk that stores the running information. This file is named Spooky.log. If you start a channel and no frequency sets have been selected, Spooky will load its previous settings.

The test subjects name and notes are also restored, and the log will be updated.

    Heres a sample log:

If you hover your mouse over the Start button while the program is running, the channel details will be shown.

So thats Spookys interface simple, easy to grasp, versatile, and very powerful.

Now we need to construct our DNA sample holder to connect to the frequency generator.

Ive designed two versions of this one for the typical first-time experimenter thats quick and easy to make, and another for the more serious researcher who may wish to run multiple channels and wants to keep things tidy and organised, with a more professional look.

  • 18.

    The 10 DNA Holder

This cheap-and-cheerful fingernail holder is ideal for the home experimenter. To make it, you just need some Sellotape, cooking foil, about six inches of ordinary two-core insulated lamp cable, a piece of thin card folded as shown, and a scissors. The knife

pictured was not used, and is not needed. For the card, something like a Get Well Soon card might be appropriate!

  • 19.

Cut the card so its the same height as the frequency generator as shown. It doesnt have to be absolutely accurate.

  • 20.Cut a length of cooking foil thats not quite as wide as the card.

  • 21.Cut the length of foil in half.

  • 22.Repeatedly fold over each half of the foil until theyre about an inch wide.

  • 23.Now well make our electrical connections. Strip about an inch of insulation off the end of one strand of the wire first.

  • 24.Sellotape one long edge of the foil to the card, and place the stripped end of the wire under the foil.

  • 25.Now Sellotape the other edge of the foil to the card, making sure to press the foil flat to ensure a good contact with the wire.

  • 26.

Do the same for the other side of the card. Then completely cover both pieces of foil with several layers of Sellotape to prevent them from touching and causing a short circuit. Sellotape the wire securely to your masterpiece. Finally, strip about half an inch

of insulation from both strands at the other end of the cable. Your DNA holder is now complete.

  • 27.

Heres how you attach the cable to the generators output. This adaptor is available to buy on eBay here:http://www.ebay.com/itm/300712420566?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

  • 28.

Place your DNA holder under the frequency generator as shown. Sandwich your fingernail in a folded-over piece of paper masking tape and tuck it into the holder so that the nail sits between the foil strips. Youre now ready to experiment to your hearts

content. Total cost: 10 (including labour and taxes)!

  • 29.

    The Pro DNA Holder

This version of Spookys DNA holder is perfect for the serious experimenter. You need a length of black rubber 1 to 1.5mm thick and 100mm wide.

  • 30.Place the function generator on top of the rubber and mark it so its the same size as the devices base.

  • 31.Cut off your marked piece, then place it on top of the remainder, and cut a second piece the same size.

  • 32.Here are the two pieces of rubber ready for processing.

  • 33.Take a strip of thin metal (I use brass, but just about anything will do) and cut a piece slightly longer than the width of the rubber.

  • 34.Now make a second strip the same length.

  • 35.Cut about a foot of stranded two-core lamp cable. I used 1mm cable, but size is not important.

  • 36.Strip some insulation from the ends of the cable and solder the wires to the metal strips.

  • 37.

The metal strips must now be insulated. Plastic heat-shrink is available from most electrical wholesalers. Make sure that the strips fit inside the heat-shrink without too much slack.

  • 38.Cut the heat-shrink about half an inch longer than the metal strips.

  • 39.

The heat-shrink needs to be heated so it makes a tight wrap over over the metal strips. Here, Im using a commercial heat blower, but you can also use a hair-dryer. Apply the heat slowly, and be careful not to overheat the plastic. Keep your heat source moving

    to avoid hotspots.

  • 40.This is what the result should look like if you gently apply heat no bubbles, and the plastic is firmly shrunken to the strips.

  • 41.Now for the glue. Im using contact adhesive here. Be careful not to breathe the fumes.

  • 42.

Apply the glue to one face of both of the strips and both ends of the rubber pads. Its best to apply it to the faces where the bump is from soldering the cable on. This ensures that the reverse face is perfectly flat after the strip is glued to the rubber.

  • 43.The rubber with glue applied to both ends. Allow it to cure this will take about 15 minutes, depending on room temperature.

  • 44.

Working carefully and gently, place the glued faces of the metal strips onto the glued ends of the rubber squares and firmly press them into place. Then carefully join the other glued ends of the rubber squares together to form a sandwich so that the metal

strips lie on top of one another again, press the glued rubber ends firmly together to ensure a good joint.

  • 45.

And heres the finished product in action. Place your fingernail DNA sample on a piece of paper masking tape and fold it over securely. This keeps samples isolated from each other. You can write subjects names on the tape to keep track of things when

experimenting with multiple subjects. To load the sample, simply lift the frequency generator a little to separate the metal strips, then tuck the sample in so that the nail lies between them. The weight of the frequency generator provides gentle pressure on the

sample and ensures the metal strips are close together.

Everything is tidy, with no messy cables flopping about. Its important to keep it this way if you plan to use many channels.

  • 46.

Heres how the cable is attached to the generators output. This adaptor is available to buy on eBay at this link:http://www.ebay.com/itm/300712420566?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

Calibrating SpookyJust as a car runs better when you tune the engine, Spooky gives best results if you calibrate its output. Heres how:

The generator has a cable with two clips on one end. Connect the other end of this to the socket marked OUT its the same connection you use for the DNA holder (inset Picture 1). Then connect the two clips to the leads of a multimeter.

In Spooky, search for the program named Calibrate and run it. Set the multimeter to read AC volts (often indicated by a V under a curved line. Adjust the AMPLITUDE generator knob until the multimeter reads as close as possible to two volts (Picture 1).

Change the multimeter to DC volts (often indicated by a V under two straight lines. Adjust the knob marked OFFSET until the multimeter reads as close as possible to zero. In Picture 2 above, the reading is 1.4 millivolts (.014 volts) which is very good.

Now your Spooky system is calibrated and youre good to go. Tape the knobs to prevent settings from being changed (Picture 3).

Where to Buy Your Spooky GearCurrently, the UDB1108S frequency generator is readily available on eBay. Spooky is compatible with the UDB1108S, UDB1105S, and UDB1102S. These last two havent yet been tested by Johann so were not sure how effective they are. Make sure that the model you buy has a USB port without it, you cant connect it to a computer (the letter S in the model number indicates USB connectivity).

A reliable source here offers the UDB1108S for US$68.60 each. Ive negotiated a discounted price of US$58.00. To get this price, you must mention my name (John White) in an email to Echo ([email protected]) requesting it. I have no financial interest in this company, and I supply this information for your gain only. I receive no benefit at all. If you find a cheaper supplier please let me know at [email protected].

When your generator arrives, make sure there are no loose screws inside. Sometimes they rattle, indicating a screw floating about. Remove this by unscrewing the four Philips screws holding the two plastic parts together and let the spare screw fall out. Also, the USB cables are sometimes faulty and may need to be replaced with better quality ones.

Multimeters that will measure voltage range in price from $5 to $200. We suggest spending $10 to $20 for a decent one to ensure accurate frequencies. You can buy your multimeter at any good electronics or electrical supplies store, or online from:

Precautions For UsersIf you suffer from impaired liver or kidney functions, please use caution when using Spooky.

Frequency generation systems should never be used while pregnant.

Please do not operate the Spooky frequency generation system while driving or using dangerous machinery.

Please keep your Spooky frequency generation system out of the reach of children.

If you feel nauseous, faint, dizzy, or have flu-like symptoms or headaches after exposures to Spookys frequencies, please drink lots of pure water and shorten your future Spooky session times appropriately.

Because no electricity is passed into the body when using the Spooky frequency generation system to broadcast frequencies via nonlocal space, this system should have no ill effect on the electrical or mechanical components of cardiac pacemakers or internal defibrillators. But, as always when using frequencies, please proceed with care and caution.

If you do suffer with heart problems, or wear a pacemaker or other electrical implant, you should NEVER attach electrodes to the Spooky system. Please use Spookys nonlocal DNA transmission system ONLY.

In general, its best to experiment with Spooky before about 5pm because the excitation effects of frequencies on human cells can affect sleep. However, depending on the nature of your experimentation, Spooky can be run overnight if desired.

Finally, when experimenting with Spooky or any other frequency generation system, proper hydration will usually produce better results. As a general rule, its best to drink 4-8 pints of pure water daily, half of it before noon.

On behalf of my associates and all the people who assisted in the development of Spooky, I wish you all a long and healthy life.

    John White, April 2013.
