The historic Walker Center is a 20-story, approximately 110,000 square-foot, Class-A office facility. Resting on the corner of Main and 200 South Street, the property is at the center of Salt Lake City’s bustling Central Business District.

The Walker Center’s history dates back to the late 1800s with two entrepreneurial brothers. The Walker brothers ran a mercantile business, and eventually, the first banking institution in the Utah Territory. With their rapid success and constant growth, the Walker Center, constructed in 1912, became home to the business.

The Walker Center expanded with the construction of Walker Terrace in 1960. This 10-story, mixed-use structure is adjacent to the Walker Center and includes an approximate 14,000 square-foot office penthouse. In 2006, the Walker Center was fully renovated. In addition to a new, dramatic two-story entry, features include a spacious conference center, fitness center and easy access to parking via a sixth-floor sky bridge. There’s even a building lobby attendant on duty during business hours, as well as a 24-hour security monitor.
