Wedding Site OptionsCeremony site in the marble foyer or back deck

We have a lovely site for an outdoor wedding on the back deck or indoor wedding in the marble foyer using the long, winding staircase. We are even able to plan for an outdoor wedding and move it indoors quickly due to inclement weather. Not many venues have that option! • If you are interested in just holding a ceremony at Black Star Farms with more than 25 guests, you will be required to rent all of our guest rooms.• Outdoor chairs are not included, but can be supplied at additional costs• Outside vendors are not included – we will supply you with a complete listing of our preferred vendors including officiates, photographers, florists, shuttles, videographers, off site-lodging, ceremony musicians, disc jockeys, live music, cake makers, etc. • Catering is not included. We require that you use Black Star Farms catering. Price for ceremony site is included in rates below.(Facility and overnight room rates are subject to change)

Arcturos room up to 25 guests

This charming intimate space has two marble fireplaces stocked well with pillar candles. Based on your preference, we will set up several round tables with eight chairs each or one large table for the entire party. White or ivory linens, tea lights, tables and chairs are included in the facility fee. A bar-tender will be provided and available before and after dinner to serve wine and cocktails. • Guest room rental is optional. However if you are not renting all guest rooms the party must end at 9 pm and all non-regis tered inn guests must depart at this time. • 6% sales tax and 5% service charge will be added to all Black Star Farms charges. 18% gratuity will be added to all Black Star Farms supplied food and wine charges.• Fee includes ceremony site. If not required, a 25% discount will be offered off the facility fee. • For off season (November – April) or weekday (Sun day – Thursday) weddings, a 25% discount will be offered off the facility fee. • The event must end at 10:00pm due to our township ordinance and in consideration of our overnight guests.

Arcturos room and Aquarius room (max 120 guests)

Both event rooms will be available for your use. Black Star Farms will supply your bartender who will be available throughout the entire reception. You are able to bring in your own alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We will only charge you for wine based on retail price and you will be charged based on consumption. Complete guidance is offered throughout the entire planning process. White or ivory lin-ens, tables, chairs, set-up and breakdown are included in the facility fee. Lunch is provided to the wedding party prior to the ceremony. Hospitality hour prior to your rehearsal is also included (up to 30 persons). Our Chef will prepare gourmet hors d’ouevres and we will have a selection of several wines available at that time.

Hearth & Vine Restaurant

Perfect for casual rehearsal dinners and small parties. Indoor and outdoor events are possible at our unique restaurant on the farm in Suttons Bay. Hearth & Vine features wood fired – fare, a unique decor, and a quaint out-door patio. Please contact your event coordinator for details.

Tastes of Black Star Farms (does not include ceremony site)

Our newest Tasting Room - TASTES - in the Mercato at the Village of Grand Traverse Commons is also an available venue. With a capacity of 50 and sit-down space for 12, this unique and casual spot might be just what you’re looking for. Wine and hors d’oeuvres will be made available for a unique celebration. Elopement (Two to Four people)

We have the perfect venue for an elopement!

This package will consist of the following:• Ceremony – you are able to choose a ceremony in our vineyard, back deck or marble foyer• Officiate – we have several and offer your input here based on your faith or lifestyle• Witness – if required, a staff member will act as a witness on your special day• Bouquet – bouquet for the bride and boutonniere for the groom customized with your favorite flowers • Sparkling Wine, engraved flutes and cheese basket – delivered to your room upon arrival or packaged to go if you choose not to stay with us• Wedding Cake – 6” mini version of a traditional wedding cake
