In 1962 Don Silvestre Hinojosa planted 122 hectares in the Alto Valle de Uco (High Uco Valley). The wine making tradition and spirit of Don Silvestre are still alive with the third generation of Bodegas y Viñedos Hinojosa. Today, Hinojosa shares the same goal of producing excellent wines inspired by the purest and most noble elements of nature.

The stony and sandy ground of Tunuyán, Mendoza, allows excellent drainage of underground water coming from ice melting off the Andes Mountains. At almost 4,000 feet above sea level, at the foothills of the Andes, in one of the best wine regions of Mendoza, Argentina, Hinojosa’s wines are born with a perfect environment for slow grape ripeness and a large temperature amplitude between day and night.

  • Awatere River, by Louis Vavasour is a collection of award winning, low yield, premium quality wines that reflect the distinctive terroir of the alluvial river flats on which they were grown. Winemaking at Awatere River is a balance of head and heart. Louis believes intuition has a significant role in winemaking, having great respect of traditional old-world winemaking methods with minimal intervention, focusing on length, structure and complexity. Louis parents, Peter and Anna Vavasour, planted the first vines in the Dashwood district in 1986 and established the region’s first winery. • TERRA DE ASOREI Winery | DO Rias Baixas , Spain

Nai is a tribute to both, the origin of the Albariño and the contemporary women. The Gali-cian poets and artists of the first half of the twentieth century refers to “nai” as a tribute to the working women who guaranteed the independence of the family and the Galician soci-ety. One of the most significant examples is the sculpture of “Naiciña” by Francisco Asorei.

Those poets symbolized with “nai” their hallmark with their land, Galicia.

Terra de Asorei winery and vineyards are located in the Salnés Valley, within the DO Rias Baixas, one of the best growing regions for Albariño grapes. The vineyards are 20 to 80-years-old and are all within the winery’s property, located on the left bank of the Ria de Arousa (the largest saline estuary in Galicia, where the Ulla river meets the Atlantic ocean), with a privileged maritime climate.

Galicia is also home of Santiago de Compostela, where the legendary “Camino de Santiago” ends and pilgrims from all over the world gather to celebrate their journey.

Nai e Señora Albariño 100% Albariño from the Salnes Valley in DO Rias Baixas. Hand-harvested in 20kg bins. Bright, clean, crisp and mineral. With notes of tropical fruit, pear, apple and hints of aromatic herbs.

CAMBADOS URBAN Winery | DO Rias Baixas , Spain

Our 25+ year-old vineyards are situated at an altitude of 10 metres above sea level and the soil is basically composed of fine granite particles and sand. The abundant rainfall typical of the Galician climate, the town’s exposure to the sea and the geographical location of our vineyards, which are very close to the shores of the Arousa Estuary, give this wine a disconcerting, strong Atlantic character.Anual production is 4,000 bottles.

Cambados is a boutique urban winery created by Winemaker Antonio Galiñanes Fernández with the commitment to express the unique terroir of the Cambados subregion of D.O. Rias Baizas in Galicia, Spain. Antonio combines traditional, modern and local influences in his winemaking, handcrafting trully unique wines.

  • MIQUEL PONS Winery | DO Cava, DO Penedes & DO Montsant , Spain

Miquel Pons has 250 years of winemaking heritage, with 60 hectares of vineyards around their ancient estate of Cal Montargull in the D.O. Penedès. Our philosophy is to respect the land and minimize our intervention in winemaking. We only use estate-grown grapes and local yeasts to maximize the expression of terroir. Our Cavas are disgorged naturally without freezing the neck of the bottle in order to avoid the thermal contrast and the cooling of the yeasts, preserving the natural aromas of the cava. The DO Penedès enjoys an ideal Mediterranean climate. Miquel Pons owns vineyards in both Penedès Superior (higher rainfall and a wider daily temperature range) and Marítim (milder coastal climate) subregions.

  • P R I O R A T

Estriacus Winery is located in the comunity of Gratallops, within the DOQ Priorat. DOQ (Denominacio de Origen Qualificada) or DOCa is the highest quality classification in Spain.

The region has a Mediterranean climate and enjoys several different micro-climates, with a marked contrast between the valleys and the higher areas. The Montsant Mountains protect the region from cold northern winds and allow the warm eastern Mistral winds from the Mediterranean. The north east dry wind from the center of Spain prevents pests,

especially during the harvest. Summers are long and dry (max. 35°) and the average annual rainfall is 500 mm.

The soil is of volcanic origin with a base of Licorella, a reddish and black slate with small particles of mica, which reflects the sunlight and conserves heat. The topsoil is about 50cm thick and formed of decomposed slate and mica. Without irrigation (dry farming), the vines are forced to dig deep underground for water, nutrients and minerals. This naturally

reduces yields down to 1.1 kg per vine and confers unique characteristics to the wines.

  • BISTUE CELLARS | Cal i fornia

BISTUE Cellars was born out of passion for exploring different wine regions and creating cool and remarkable wines. It all started in 2014 as a fun side project by winemaker Carolina Bistué and her family, but soon became a core part of the Bistué’s Wine Bridge portfolio.

After earning her Masters in Viticulture and Enology at UC Davis, Carolina Bistué worked at La Perla del Priorat in D.O.Q. Priorat, Spain and at Paul Hobbs’ Viña Cobos in Mendoza, Argentina as part of their winemaking teams. Carolina believes in minimal-intervention winemaking and that great wines start in the vineyard. The care of the vines should focus on allowing them to express their terroir.

We carefully select our vineyards based on the ideal location for each grape varietal and the style of wine that we want to achieve. - Carolina Bistué, Winemaker -

Winemaking Notes: We harvest before sunrise on late September or Early October, depending on the maturity of the grapes and the climatic conditions of each year, obtaining well-ripened grapes with mature tannins and fantastic concentration of flavors. A good and clean harvest is the starting point for making great wines, so we sort of clusters in the field and at the winery, eliminating all non-desired components. We also use dry ice after destemming to prevent early fermentation. Once at the winery, the grapes are fermented in bins with multiple daily punch-downs. Our wines are aged in a combination of new and used 300l French oak barrels depending on each vintage and wine.
