FARMERS' DEBTS ADJUSTMENT ACT, 1930-1934.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following Stay Orders have been issued in accordance with Section 7, Subsection 1, of " TheFarmers' Debts Adjustment Act, 1930-1934," which reads as follows :

A Stay Order shall direct that no action, execution, distress for rent, proceedings on default for breach of covenantunder any mortgage or other security for money, or under an agreement for sale and purchase of land, or other pro-cess or proceeding, shall be commenced or proceeded with or put in force against the farmer or any of the farmer'sassets, whether utilised in connection with or forming portion of the assets comprised in his farming business or notduring the operation of such Stay Order : Provided that, by leave of a Judge, any action may, notwithstanding theStay Order, be instituted and/or carried on against the farmer, but not beyond judgment.

Australia-West Coast-Approaches to Fremantle.NEW SUBMARINE TELEPHONE CABLE.

MARINERS and others are hereby notified that the lay-ing of a new submarine telephone cable between RottnestIsland and the mainland has now been completed.

The shore connection at each end is at the same posi-tion as for the old cable, but the course of the new cablediverges to the northward of the old cable, the greatestdistance between the cables being approximately 3,000feet.

Shipmasters and others having charge of vessels of allyclass are hereby warned against dropping anchors in thevicinity of the cables above mentioned.

(a) No portion of the Road Board District shall beused for industrial, and/or agricultural purposes, exceptthose lands coloured purple, and excepting the areas de-fined in the Schedule. Industrial and/or agriculturalpurposes sh:111 moon any work, manufactory or indus-trial or agricultural enterprise not included in a businessarea.

(b) No noxious trade as defined by the Health Actshall be established in any residential or business area,and shall be confined to the gazetted industrial area, andin such location as the Board may deem best in theinterests of the ratepayers and public health.

(c) Any noxious trade must provide for drainage dis-posal and the elimination of smoke and odours whichthe Board may consider detrimental to residential areasor the amenity of the Road Board District.

(d) When an industry is established at the date ofgazettal of the Town Planning Scheme, the land shallnot be used for any other industrial purpose or changeof purpose, without the approval of the Board in termsof the scheme.

Schedule of Industrial and Agricultural Area.Regulation.

1. All laud coloured purple on the approved plan.2. That area of land within the following lines in-

cluded in the following areas:Starting at a point where Stock and Haig roads in-

RESIDENTIAL AREAS.(a) All lots or land within the Road Board District

not included in the Industrial or Shopping Areas maybe used for residential purposes.

Provided not more than one dwelling is erected onan area of 6,000 square feet or under. Provided also,
