If you elected electronic W-2 access, you may view or download your W-2 for the prior year for free, up to October 15th

“after” October 15th there will be a fee to access this form and all prior years up to 2011. Check box and Select Delivery Method, Click “Review & Complete Order”

Click “Submit Order”

To see all years Click “Show All Years”

Check the year/years needed and Select Delivery Method, Click “Review & Complete Order”

Click on the “Payment Method” and enter your Name, Address and Credit Card information Click “Continue”. Your W-2 will be sent to you via the delivery method you selected.

You can view your order form history, select “View Activity History”

Click on any order number and you will see detailed information on that order.

Click close when done.

Logout when finished.
