1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose
In an effort to provide CLECs with single sign on to access east Local Service Interface (LSI) and Local Service Interface West (LSI W) Ordering front end (OFE) applications, manage the user privileges, Verizon is targeting to consolidate LSI/WISE to VWP. With this, CLECs will be advised to use only VWP URLs, with their existing credentials to access both east and west applications. The user will be able to access respective applications based on their access privileges.
2. New Login URL All current users shall access Local Service Interface (LSI) via Verizon’s Global Wholesale Portal website: http://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/homepage.jsp
Following the migration, old internal bookmarks will no longer work as the User will be logging in via the
Web Portal. The only bookmark users should be using is the Main URL page.

Above mentioned new Verizon Wholesale Login page is replacement of old LSI login page which is shown below. Users should use only new Wholesale Portal Login page to log into LSI.
3. New LSI Dashboard One first time, user will be requested to reset password. User password reset process is explained later in section 4.3. After successfully setting the new password, user will have access to the dashboard page that displays all the applications that user currently has access to. Based on the user’s access (LSI or LSI W or both) and company profile (FTTI), relevant links will be displayed under “Ordering” as shown below:

After user clicks on any link under ‘Ordering’ on new dashboard page links, new window will be opened to show LSI application as shown below:
4. New user registration process For Users request new access to LSI/WISE applications, there are 2 types of user access that can be granted
Super users (admin users responsible for maintaining end users for their companies)
End users
4.1. Super User Registration process
Super users can follow the process outlined below for gaining access to LSI/WISE system
Step1: Access the following url (https://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/secure/register/cuaform.jsp) and fill out the required information. Ensure that application LSI/WISE is selected and provide ACNA value. Please make note of the 4 character password and the secret questions and answers as these will be required to retrieve your id and password once your request has been approved by the connectivity management team.
Upon filling in all the information, you will see a confirmation page with all the information that you entered. Click Submit to submit your application
Upon submission, you will be presented with a request id number. Please maintain this number for your records as you will be required to enter this information for id retrieval.
Step2: Id Retrieval process Access the following url (https://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/secure/register/idretrieve.jsp) to retrieve your id and initial password. You will need the request id from previous step, 4 character password and your secret question and answers. Upon successful authentication of the information provided, you will be presented with your new user id and temporary password.
4.2. End User Id Creation process ( by the CLEC Super User)
Super users can use their SSO id and password to log into the wholesale portal website and access their user administration console to create new end user ids. The following steps outline the process for creating end user ids
Step1: Log into wholesale portal website using the following URL https://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/secure/common/select/
Under the Administration section, click on Wholesale User Admin Console (WUAC) link. This link will open in a separate window. Click on “Manage Users” tab
Click on Add on “Add New User” tab in the above screen shot. On the new user screen fill out all the required information and choose East or West access as required
Upon clicking next, you will be presented with a confirmation page
Cick “Submit” on the confirmation page to receive details about the end user’s new SSO id and temporary password. End user will be asked to change this password upon first login.
4.3. User Password reset process
When the end user logs in for the first time with the user id and password generated, they will be required to provide a new password. The old password in the screen below is the temporary password that was displayed to the super user along with the user id information. https://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/secure/common/select/ or https://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/

5. Updating Access for existing users Super users can use their SSO id and password to log into the wholesale portal website and access their user administration console to update information for existing end user ids. The following steps outline the process for updating existing end user ids
Log into wholesale portal website using the following URL https://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/secure/common/select/
Click on Wholesale User Admin Console (WUAC) link under the Administration section. This link will open in a separate window. Click on “Manage Users” tab
Click on Add on “Search User” tab as shown in the screen shot above. You can use any of the search criteria like User id, last name, first name or application to search for your end users. Click on Search after entering one or more of these criteria. The Search Results section will show a list of user(s) that satisfy the search criteria.
To modify any particular profile, select an entry from the Search Results box. You will then see various options for modifying this user. For updating LSI/WISE Privileges, click on “Update LSI-WISE Privileges” button.
This will take you to the update page where all the previous details will be pre populated and the super user can able to update the details of the end users. The First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name and Full Name fields are read only. You can update the company Type, company code, third party vendor. Click next and then Submit in the subsequent page.
6. Reset Password process Wholesale Portal provides the following options for users to change their password. Option1: Login to the url https://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/secure/common/select/ and select “Change Password” link as shown below which will take to the Change Password page.
Option2: If the end users have forgotten their password, their super users can reset the password for the end users by going to the consoles page at the following url: https://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/secure/systems/wuac/console.jsp and navigating to “Manage Users” tab and searching the user for whom password need to be reset. “Change password” options can used to reset the end user’s passwords
Upon selecting “Change password”, a pop up will be shown with a temporary password as shown below Super users should convey this temporary password to the end users
7. Forgot Password process Step1: Select the “Forgot Password” link from the Sign in page.
Step2: Enter the userid in the below screen and Submit
Step3: Enter the answers for any of the 2 random question answers which were selected during the user creation process.
Step4: Click “Next” and enter your new password and Submit.
8. Activate/Deactivate user process Login to the console page https://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/secure/systems/wuac/console.jsp and go to “Manage Users” tab and select the user to deactivate as shown below in the red arrow. A pop up will be displayed with the status.
Similarly for deactivated users “Activate User” option is enabled as shown below.
9. LSI Logout process New logout feature has been added to LSI application. User will be able to log out of LSI once task is complete or auto logout after default timeout time period. Following screens show logout buttons for all LSI components:
