STEPS

1. Make 4 balls the size of a fist (aboutpounds of ground beef). Add salt and pepper and an egg to the meat (to taste).2. With a glass of a pop/beer can, press the center of the ball to make a hole. Then, wrap the meat with a bacon slice.3. Fill the bottom of each ball with a piece of cheese of your choice.4. In a pan, with olive oil, brown the onions, peppers, mushrooms, zucchinis or other vegetables. Add salt and pepper to the mix.5. Fill in the meatballs with the vegetable mix.
