professional voice talents. With Voices.com for iPhone, you can view and update your profile, post a job, review your responses,

New IconsThe Voices.com iPhone app also includes some new icons to

represent the types of voice-over demos featured on voice talent profiles as well as the category of voice-over jobs you are posting.

Use this chart to as a reference.




SearchingSearching for voice talent on the iPhone is fun and easy. To get

started, tap the Search button in the navigation bar. At the top of the Search screen, you’ll see a search bar where you can search

our marketplace of 25,000 voice over talent from around the world.

Search by keyword, language, gender, location and more.

If you know the category of audio samples you’d like to listen to,

just tap the category icon. The categories are as follows:

Television and Radio

Business

Telephone

Podcasting

Internet

Documentaries and Movie Trailers

Cartoons

Videogames

Audiobooks

Educational




Voice Talent ProfilesWhen you tap through a search result, you’ll see the profile of the

voice talent. Their profile includes three main sections; Bio, Demos and Feedback. Let’s go through each now.

On the Bio, you’ll see all the biographical information starting with

their Highlights, then Special Skills, Education and Experience.

Other areas on the Bio include:

Languages and Accents

Ages

Years of Experience

Microphone, Computer and Special Equipment

Turnaround Time




DemosBy toggling over to the Demos section of the profile, you can listen

to sample audio recordings from the voice talent.

From the Demos list, simply tap a particular demo you’d like to see

more about. On the Demo Details screen displays you’ll see a large

audio player as well as all the specifics about your demo such as

the language, category, tags and number of times that the demo

has been listened to.

You can even share a Demo by email, Facebook and Twitter.




FeedbackThe averaged feedback rating is displayed below your name across

the three sections (bio, feedback and demos) for each voice talent’s profile.

Tap the Feedback tab to navigate to the list of the most recent

feedback. By default you’ll see the 20 most recent feedback

ratings and reviews, however you can always load more by tapping

the Load button at the bottom.

Each Feedback includes a 5-star rating and a brief review, the

feedback author as well as the date the feedback was given.




JobsA Job is a project that requires a voice over recording. Usually

dozens of talent will apply for these job postings. Posting a job will allow you to receive MP3 voice-over demos and price quotes from

a variety of voice-over professionals. It is quick and easy to do. Our

job posting service is free and yields fantastic results.

For each job listing you’ll see:

The title of your job posting

The number of responses (below the microphone)

The budget range you selected

Your deadline for responses

To learn more about a job, tap through to view the complete job

details.




Job DetailsOn the Job Details screen, you’ll see all the specifics about the job

in the Key Information section including:

Job ID

Category

Language

Gender

Age Range

Union Requirement

Word Count

Budget

Deadline

You have the ability to edit your job posting right from within the Voices.com App. In the bottom navigation bar, tap the Jobs button

and locate your job. On the Job Details screen, simply touch the

Edit icon which will flip you into edit mode. Make your changes,

and then click Save.




Responses ListWithin your job, you can simply toggle over to the Job Responses

screen as represented by the envelop icon. You’ll see the number of responses listed to so you’ll have a quick snapshot of how many

people have replied to your job posting.

On the Job Responses screen, you’ll see a list of voice talent

including their site-wide feedback rating, their quote for your project

as well as a large audio player. Tap the play button to listen to a

sample recording of your script, commonly referred to as an

audition. You can see even more details by tapping through to the

next screen called the Response Details.




Response DetailsThe Response Details displays a proposal written by the voice

talent and some actions that you can take such as “Liking” the talent by touching the thumbs-up icon or deleting the response.

You can also “Ask a Question” if you’d like to learn more about the

talent, confirm details or verify technical abilities.

Once you’ve listened to all your auditions and narrowed it down to

your favorite talent, you’re ready to award your job. You’ve found

the best candidate based upon performance, audio quality and

price so you’re ready to move ahead.

On the Job Response Details screen, you’ll see a button labeled

“Award Job.” Tap “Award Job” and you’ll see options for placing

your order by phone, by email or on our official website.




InboxAccess all your previous messages and communicate with clients

right from your iPhone. The list of messages in your Inbox is organized by most recent on top and you’ll even see which

messages are new as indicated by the blue dot. If you’ve read a

message, there will be no blue dot.




Message DetailsFrom the Inbox, simply tap the subject line to see the full message.

On the message details screen, you can see:

The sender

The date the message was sent

The entire message by scrolling up and down the screen

You can even take quick action on the message. You can:

Reply

Delete

Jump to the job details

Mark the message as unread to so you can go back later
