Statement by the Executive Board

It is the aim of thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions (India) Private Limited to provide solutions for engineering, procurement, construction and service of chemical and other industrial plants, which are optimized with regard to plant safety, reliability and sustainability to protect the environment.

We consider safe design of plants to be an integral part of the quality of services to our customers, and are committed to our responsibilities towards Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).

We are committed to provide a safe workplace to ensure prevention of accidents, injuries and ill health to our employees and any other persons directly associated with our business, visiting the workplace.

We are committed to comply with relevant Regulatory, Customer and other requirements, applicable to our business.

The Executive Board assumes the responsibility of promoting a culture and atmosphere for development, implementation, effectiveness, evaluation and continual improvement of the HSE Management System.

We therefore set and monitor HSE objectives and provide necessary leadership, commitment and resources.

All our Managerial staff regard HSE as a management responsibility. They are obliged to instruct and motivate their

subordinates accordingly, to ensure effective implementation of HSE Management System and awareness of their responsibilities towards HSE.

thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions (India) is certified under BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2015 for its Occupational Health & Safety System and its Environmental Management System.

First Aid kits are available with our Security and in our Doctor’s cabin. Kindly dial 8690 / 8691 / 8044 on the intercom for help. In case you are feeling unwell, please inform your host immediately. A Doctor is available for consultation in the office on all working days between 09:30 am to 01:30 pm on the Ground Floor in the A Wing. The closest multi-speciality Hospital is located at a distance of 3 kms from our office.

All Visitors to our Head Office are required to register themselves at the Security Cabin at Gate no.2, using our Visitor Management System to obtain a Visitor Pass. They may then proceed to the Reception Area. The Receptionist will hand over the Entry Pass, and provide further information / assistance. Generally, personal data equipment like laptops / data cards etc. have to be declared at the time of registration.

As far as possible, Visitors' vehicles are accommodated in the Parking bays meant for Visitors in the front of our offices. In the event of a space problem, our security personnel may request the keys to your vehicle, solely for the purpose of moving it. Kindly cooperate with them in this regard.

Visitors are responsible for their personal effects, equipment and belongings, and hence are advised to take necessary precautions for their safekeeping and handling. The Management will not be responsible for the damage or theft thereof, even in the unlikely event of such occurrence.

Kindly ensure that only dry waste is disposed in the waste paper baskets provided in the common areas and with every workstation. Do not dispose wet waste like food material in the waste paper baskets. For wet waste / food material, kindly use the bins provided in the restrooms.

Smoking is restricted to designated areas only. Please refrain from smoking in working areas and toilets.

When smoking, please ensure your cigarette is completely stubbed out before disposing it in the trays provided at the designated locations.

Our offices are fitted with smoke detectors and fire hydrant systems. Additionally, at strategic locations on every floor, emergency Evacuation Plans are displayed.

In the event of fire, the fire alarm hooter will sound. DO NOT PANIC. DO NOT USE THE LIFTS. In event that evacuation is necessary, a specific announcement / instruction will be heard over the PA System. Accordingly, move quickly and in an orderly fashion USING THE STAIRCASE NEAREST TO YOU. Exit the building to the Assembly Point.
