Product’s Purpose:What is the product’s purpose (entertain/educate etc.) and how will you achieve this?The products purpose is to entertain the people that are fans of Pokémon and that would like to know more about it.Genre:What sort of product is itIt’s an Anime and entertainment kind of topic because it’s a cartoon that entertains people from the age of 7 and above. Even people older like the ages of 20+ like Pokémon so it covers all ages above 7. It entertains everyone!ContentWhat is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). If so, discuss it hereMy product is about Pokémon and all the recent activity involving the TV series, the games such as Pokémon Go and the Nintendo games Sun and Moon and also rumours about upcoming games and news. In my magazine I will include the recent information about Pokémon such as the new generation added to Pokémon Go and the Nintendo games that were released in November. I will talk about the recent episodes in the TV series of Pokémon, but will have a warning sign for people that haven’t seen the episodes yet and make sure that the magazine doesn’t spoil it for people.When talking about the Pokémon games such as Pokémon Go I will include some of the captures people got from social media platforms and talk about how people are enjoying it and people that aren’t and that are not playing it anymore.Whereas with the TV series I will talk about what’s happened in the recent episode and ask questions on what could happen in the next episode.For the Nintendo games I will talk about the recent games that came out in November and talk about whether people have completed the game yet or have competed the pokedex.Majority of my magazine double page will be opinion-based with other people’s thoughts and feelings on the games and TV series.Audience:Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etcWhy would your project appeal to this person?My target audience is ages above 7 and for both genders. My magazine will be for ages 7 and above because people of that age and older like the game Pokémon. Plus that’s the age restriction for the Pokémon games so it’s perfect. It will suite both genders because it’s a type of game that will be liked by both genders and both males and females can enjoy it. On the games you can choose between male and female as your character which shows both genders will be interested in the game and this will hopefully make people interested in other things such as different magazines / my own magazine for example. The magazine will fit all social groups because Pokémon is a game that will make everyone interested enjoy it. There’s something for everyone wither it’s something small or the whole topic in general. The psychographic would be a Belonger because Pokémon in my opinion can be liked by all family members and will get them more into the games and knowing more about the big company. These social groups and psychographics will appeal to my target audience because they kind of relate to the ages of 7 and above. Belonger psychographic is a family person who enjoys life and people like that can enjoy Pokémon and my magazine.Legal & Ethical Considerations:Think about any offensive material you will include?Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it?Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities?How will you ensure you do not offend anyone?Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs?Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright infringement?

When making my product I won’t include any offensive material that will offend any religions, social groups or ethnicities. I try not to copy any other magazines as well as possible, however it will be

quite hard because of the topic I’ve chose. I will be using names, characters and logos in my magazine because people won’t understand what the magazines about otherwise. I have to include the likes of the Pokémon logo so people know the main topic of the magazine.
