Start with the best- high resolution images (200-300dpi)
This will leave you with great looking images for uploading- which only need to be 72-100dpi for the internet!
Videos are great for: •Interviews•Recording events •Teaching skills•Bringing action to pages

Be sure to close-caption your videos!
The 5 questions to ask when deciding which image to use-
Who?Try portraits, drawings, video
When? Try images depicting time passing
Where?Try maps, landscape images, street photography
How? Try charts and infomatics
Why? Try video interviews, before-and-after photos, or charts
