• Consider issues such as ethnicity, gender, class, and sexuality—in what ways are they present in the ad? What does their presence in or absence from the ad suggest about the message?

• No real middle ground exists between two copyright options: “All Rights Reserved” and “No Rights Reserved.”

• Creative Commons: an organization that aims to find legal, flexible, and productive common ground within U.S. copyright legislation that enables creators to share and use each other’s work under existing law.
