• Initial User ID and Password provided by your Administrator
• New password must:
– Be at least 8 alphanumeric characters
– Contain one capital letter
– Contain one number
**Special characters are permitted but not required
• You can reset your own password if you forget

Memorable Word – New User
• Select a memorable word question
• Enter the question’s answer as your memorable word
– Minimum of 5, max of 15 alpha characters
– Memorable word must be entered after each login
– User will be challenged to enter 3 characters
– Challenge will only be presented against the first 5 characters in the word

Home Page
1. Navigation sits along the top of the Home screen.
1. Click a top-level menu item to see an expanded menu. For example, click Expenses to see your
statements, then click a statement period to view transactions for that period.
2. The items displayed in the top-level menu depend on your role and your organization’s settings.
2. Quick Action buttons allow you to initiate the creation of new expenses directly from the Home screen.
There is no need to navigate anywhere. Simply click Expense Reports or Cash Expenses to get
started.
3. Directly below the Quick Action buttons are links that display full lists of items requiring your attention.
4. You can pin the menu items you use most often for easy access. To pin an item, click the icon next to
it. To unpin an item, click the icon. Pinned items appear at the right of their top-level menu, and also
on the Home screen in the Pinned panel.
5. The My Expenses panel provides a snapshot of your spending account activity and links to your most
recent statements.
1. If your company supports out-of-pocket/cash accounts, you will see a Cash Expenses section.
2. If you are an approver of transactions, you will see an Approvals panel.

• During your first login, edit your personal settings to enable Quick Coding
• Select Personal Settings from the Home Page

• Select the X or ? to code a transaction

• If the appropriate GL Code is not listed, Click “Search”

• Click the right arrow to move items to your favorites list
• Use the up arrow to apply the code to your transaction

• Use the Switch Modes icon to code multiple transactions to the same codes at once.

• You are then able to apply the same code to multiple transactions at once.

• To split the transaction between multiple GL codes, first select the transaction by clicking the X
