NCCN 23 rd Annual Conference Attendance Proposal Dear, I’m writing to ask for approval to attend the NCCN 23 rd Annual Conference: Improving the Quality, Effectiveness, & Efficiency of Cancer Care™ taking place on March 22 – 24, 2018 in Orlando, Florida. This conference attracts more than 1,600 attendees from across the United States and the globe including academic and community oncologists, oncology fellows, nurses, pharmacists, and other health care professionals involved in the care of patients with cancer. During the conference, respected opinion leaders present the latest cancer therapies and provide updates on selected NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines ® ), the data upon which the NCCN Guidelines ® are based, supportive care issues, and quality initiatives in oncology. A list of topics is available online at NCCN.org/conference. This conference (with the exception of the NCCN Roundtable Discussion) will be designated for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ for physicians and certified for credit for nurses, pharmacists, and other oncology professionals. NCCN will also seek approval for case manager and tumor registrar clock hours. This year's agenda will include approximately 20 educational sessions featuring the latest advances in oncology care, including patient case studies. As a participant, I will also have access to all the speaker presentation slides following the event. The complete agenda and more conference information is available at NCCN.org/conference.
