HULLHeavy displacement, round bilged, transom stern construction with raked bow and retractable keel. Built in ST. 42 Grade A steel with framing each 40 cm. 5 watertight

sections by 4 bulkheads, of which 2 have watertight doors. One 6 mm steel balance rudder. Teak cap rail and stainless steel fairlead holes, anchor chain pipe and anchor hull-shell pocket.

KEELRetractable keel hinged in a keel-frame (moving) and stainless steel keel-chest (fixed). Electric motor with gearbox (1:300), fixed in keel-chest, actuates the driving shaft by a triplex chain. At retraction a Kevlar belt (tensile strength 6000kg), fixed to the hinging part of the keel-frame, will roll around the shaft. The advantage of this system is that if the keel hits the ground it will lift up and won’t be damaged.

DECKHOUSEDeckhouse construction of 2 x 18mm laminated wood (Jumbo 20 year warranty-plate), outside 12 mm solid Teak and inside 12mm solid Mahagony, total thickness 60mm. Sky-lights built in solid Teak.

THERMIC INSULATIONHull down to floor level insulated by rock wool with aluminium foil.

ACOUSTIC INSULATIONEngine room anti noise material 50mm Rockwool marine firebatt with white fabric and finished with Almg3 Aluminium R3TS 1.5mm perforated plate, one side powder-coated in colour RAL 9010. Deckhouse floor (ceiling engine-room), provided with 16mm insulation lead-rubber sheet, installed on rubber. Installations in engine room where required mounted on rubber sockets.

WINDOWSSide windows deckhouse fixed with double insulation glass, 10 mm steel-glass outside, 5 mm green tinted steel-glass inside, glass in aluminium profile. Sky-light windows with 10 mm steel-glass and stainless steel grill.
