INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES. RELIABLE SOLUTIONS.

The Borets ViewPoint ESP sensor enables operators to fully capture the information from their artificial lift systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment performance. This vital data may be used to optimize production and maximize ultimate reservoir recovery.

The ViewPoint sensors are designed to monitor electric submersible pumps (ESPs).

Featuring state-of-the-art components, the sensors are manufactured to stringent standards and have been qualified for reliable performance in the harsh environments common in today’s Oil and Gas industry.

ViewPoint sensors are subjected to rigorous testing under cyclic temperature and pressure conditions, combined with further environmental, shock, and vibration testing. These extensive testing and calibration standards ensure that each and every system sent to a well site can be run with confidence.

The ViewPoint ESP sensor is connected to the base of the motor and communication to the surface equipment is performed via the existing ESP power cable.

The parameters that can be monitored include:

• Intake & Discharge Pressure• Intake & Motor Oil Temperature• Two Axis Vibration• Current Leakage

GRAPHICAL DISPLAY UNIT (GDU)The GDU is housed in an IP56 enclosure

utilized for standalone applications. This unit is easy to mount and is a plug and play device utilizing cables to interface with external equipment. The back-lit LCD unit is equipped with on-board memory, alarming and trip functions and expanded communication capabilities.

SURFACE TELEMETRY UNIT (STU)The STU is a serial communications

PC board mounted on a back-plate utilized for system integrations including VSD, switchboards, and other remote gathering devices. The STU offers on - board memory, alarms and trips, and communications ports. The STU also performs data logging either thru internal memory or an external USB drive.

APPLICATIONS• Critical wells with high intervention cost• Environments where optimized production is

required to meet specific goals• Dynamic well conditions requiring surveillance

and parameter adjustments• Remote installations

FEATURES & BENEFITS• Continuous and real time monitoring of key

performance indicators: - Improve ESP system run life, optimize system performance and decrease lifting costs to maximize production

• Multiple ViewPoint ESP sensor options: - Provide fit-for purpose capabilities to monitor the ESP system

• Advanced sensor design: - Protecte sensor from damage due to severe electrical imbalances & ground-faults

• Three temperature sensors: - Provide precise temperature parameters for sensor electronics, pump intake and motor oil

• Factory calibration: - Provides user-friendly plug-and-play system, requiring no manual installation of calibration keys or calibration data

• Average of 3.6 second update rate(based on protocol mode): - Provides high quality data rates to determine reservoir and pump performance

• Complete line of motor base adapters available: - Enables interface with all industry ESP motor manufactures
