Viewing Attachments

Trigger:

Concept

You can define and view specification and collection plan attachments using the Specifications

and Collection Plans pages. You can also view collection plan attachments as you enter, update,

and view quality results. You can also view specification attachments as you enter quality

results.

In this topic, you will view attachments.

Step Action

1. Begin by navigating to the Update Quality Resultspage.

Click the vertical scrollbar.

2. Click the Manufacturing and Distribution Manager link.

5. Use the Organizations page to select the appropriate organization.

you want to view attachments.

10. Enter the desired information into the Collection Plan field. Enter "CB

COLLECTION PLAN".

11. Click the Find Plan button.

12. To view attachments, select the collection plan displayed in the Collection Plan

field and choose the Attachments icon.

Alternatively, you can choose the Attachments option from the Edit menu to

display the Attachmentspage.
