The Alternates page enables you to create an alternate bill, which describes a list of alternate

component items that produce an assembly. An alternate routing describes an alternate

manufacturing process that produces an assembly.

In this topic, you will create an alternate component.

the alternate to a bill of material or routing.

Click in the Inactive On field.
