SPA Reservations: Please contact the SPA reception to make an appoint-ment. We recommend the reservations are made in advance in order to ensure preferred times.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24-hour notice of cancellation in advance, to avoid being charged. Late arrivals will only receive the remaining available ap-pointment time or in some cases the treatment may have to be cancelled. In case you would like to cancel your scheduled appointment at the SPA, please notify 24 hours earlier. If not, we will -unfortunately- have to charge you with the whole amount of the treatment you were having.

Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your SPA appointment and check in at the SPA Reception.
