fair and lucrative for everyone. This plan pays more than 50 percent of commissionable volume back to our distributors, with a balanced approach of building wide and deep for both long-term success and short-term incentives and rewards. In addition, Ne-ways pays commissions on the full purchase value of most products.

Neways offers you six ways for earning money. This brochure describes these 6 ways of earning money and demonstrates why Neways provides the fairest and most generous compensation plan in the industry. If you’re unfamiliar with any of the terminology in the following descriptions, please refer to the glossary at the end of the brochure.

Far more than just a simple convenience, our Direct Ship (DS) program is key to getting the most out of the Neways compensation plan� With DS, you and your retail and preferred customers set up a monthly standing order(s) for your favorite products, which Neways then automatically ships each month� You can add or delete products from your DS order at any time, and you can receive benefits such as reduced or free shipping�

In terms of the compensation plan, Neways recommends that independent distributors maintain Direct Ship volumes of at least 150 Personal Volume (PV) to receive the maximum payouts provided in the Neways compensation program� Remember that all volumes generated from your retail and preferred customers’ DS orders contribute directly to your 150 PV Direct Ship qualification. As a Neways distributor, you are not required to personally purchase any products in order to qualify for commissions. Therefore, your retail and preferred customers orders count toward achieving the Direct Ship benefits.

As the name implies, the Fast Cash Reward is a fast way to start earning commissions! Each time you enroll a new distributor who achieves the 150 PV Direct Ship qualification in the same month he or she joins Neways, you can earn a $50�00 Fast Cash Reward! To qualify for this 50% Multiplex commission, you must maintain your monthly 150 PV Direct Ship qualification through your own Direct Ship order or the Direct Ship orders of your personal retail and preferred customers�

Weekly Payout: This generous commission is paid weekly when you apply to have your commissions directly deposited into your checking or savings account. If you’re not enrolled in the direct deposit program, the Fast Cash Reward will be paid as part of your Multiplex commission check.

Enroller vs. Sponsor: Another wonderful benefit is that the Fast Cash Reward is paid to the enroller, not the sponsor. This allows the enroller the flexibility to place the new distributor under an existing group member, who then becomes the new distributor’s sponsor. Doing this allows you, as the enroller, to build depth within your business, and yet you are still the one who receives the $50 Fast Cash Reward on qualifying sales of new distributors.

Multiplex allows you to immediately begin earning commissions on the first 100 PV generated by your downline distributors (PV is the sum of a distributor’s purchases as well as his or her preferred and retail customers’ purchases generated through the distributor’s iNeways replicated website and telephone orders placed with the company), up to seven levels deep and beyond� Multiplex allows all distributors to start earning commissions no matter how long they’ve been with Neways� The greater your Personal Volume, the greater your commission!

There are three types of Multiplex commission payments: level bonuses, unlimited bonuses, and generational bonuses. To qualify for a Multiplex commission for a particular month, a distributor must qualify with a minimum of 50 PV during that month. The first 100 PV of every distributor is paid through the MultiplexProfitCenter (PV over 100 is paid according to the AffinityProfitCenter, detailed in the next section).

When you personally sponsor someone onto your Neways team and place him or her in your first downline level (or “first level”), this creates a leg to your business. When a person on your first level sponsors someone onto his or her first level, the new person becomes part of the same leg but creates a new second level in your organization. This process repeats through an unlimited number of levels, and the people all become part of what is called your “downline team” or “organization.”

Level Bonus: Your Personal Volume (PV) determines the percent of commission you earn and on how many levels of your downline team. As shown on the accompanying chart, if you achieve 50 PV this month, you will receive 5% of the Multiplex volume generated by the distributors within five levels of your downline team. If you achieve 100 PV, your Multiplex commission increases from 5% to 8%. Qualifying at 150 PV Direct Ship increases your potential payout even more. Remember, you can generate PV through your personal retail sales generated through your iNeways replicated website and preferred customers’ purchases, in addition to your own purchases. Therefore, you should develop a strong base of Direct Ship retail and preferred customers.

DynamicCompression: The compression feature of the Neways compensation plan allows distributors to earn the highest commissions possible. If a distributor in your downline generates less than 50 PV in a month, his or her volume will be added to the volume of the next distributor below with at least 50 PV. This group of downline distributors is considered as only one pay level.

Unlimited Bonus: Neways offers an unlimited bonus of 2–5% for those who qualify at the 150 PV Direct Ship level and have at least four Direct Ship legs (a leg that includes at least one distributor who qualifies with a minimum of 100 PV Direct Ship). The term “unlimited” means no limit on levels; you receive this bonus on all your downline distributors, as deep as your organization goes. As other distributors in your downline qualify for the unlimited bonus on their own downline, you share that portion of the unlimited bonus with them through full sharing or partial sharing.

MultiplexGenerationalBonus: When you grow your business to include 12 Direct Ship legs, you are eligible to receive the Multiplex Generational Bonus, which is a .25% bonus on all downline Multiplex volume down to and including the MultiplexPV of the fourth downline distributor also qualified with 12 Direct Ship legs.

As you advance in rank, you become eligible for additional lucrative sources of income through the Affinity Profit Center, including personal rebates and group development bonuses� Affinity bonuses are paid on all monthly volume over 100 PV generated by each distributor� Affinity is where the real money is!

A personal rebate is a commission you earn back on your own Affinity volume (PV over 100), with the percentage you earn based upon your rank� Group development bonuses are commissions you earn on the Affinity volume portion of your Personal Group Volume (PGV), and the commission percentages depend on your rank� To qualify for an Affinity commission, you need to qualify with 150 PV during the month�

Advancing through the Neways Ranks: As you progress through the Neways rank advancement program, you qualify for larger group development commission percentages. For example, as an Executive you can earn a 25% personal rebate, 10% on your Manager groups, 15% on your Supervisor groups, and 25% on your Consultant groups.

Qualifying and EffectiveMonths:Once you meet the qualifications for rank advancement, your rank advancement becomes effective the following month. For example, if you achieve the rank of Supervisor in June (the qualifying month), you will be paid as a Supervisor for volume purchased in July (the effective month).

80/20 Rule:No more than 80 percent of the volume for rank advancement can come from one leg. This rule helps ensure that advancing distributors have adequate volume in their teams to support their continued qualification in future months.

ExecutiveGroups: For Executive Leadership Bonuses, each level within a leg is comprised of a qualifying Executive Group. Each Executive Group has one Executive who heads the Executive Group. The level (Executive Group) ends when

the next distributor at the Executive rank or higher is reached in the leg. The second Executive or higher begins the second level within the leg. This process continues through as many Executives that exist in any given leg. Each Executive Group can consist of

an Executive distributor and many Manager, Supervisor, and Consultant distributors.

DynamicCompression:Executive Leadership Bonuses feature dynamic compression to maximize

your payouts. If an Executive is not qualified, he or she will not count as a pay level, and his or her Executive Af-finity group volume will be added (com-pressed) with the next downline qualified Executive Group to create a level. This provides maximum payout to you.

4 Executive Leadership Bonuses Executive Leadership Bonuses are the second part of the Affinity Profit Center� As distributors of your downline team rank-advance to Executive, they create their own Executive groups and are no longer part of your Personal Group� Instead of earning commissions on your Executive groups through the group development section of the plan, you receive Executive Leadership Bonuses on your Executives Group� To be eligible for Affinity Leadership Bonuses, you must be qualified as an Executive with 150 PV, 1,000 PGV, and 500 Affinity PGV�

As a qualified Executive, you can earn five percent down three levels of your downline qualified Executive Groups’ Affinity PGV, which is the PV over 100 from each distributor within an Executive’s group�

Car & Home Office Bonus 5You can earn an additional bonus up to $1,000 a month with Neways’ Car and Home Office Bonus, which can be used towards your current payment or lease of your new car or your home office furnishings and equipment� To qualify for this bonus, become a Senior Executive or higher in rank, with your monthly commission checks at $2,000 or more for three consecutive months� Each month thereafter, when you meet these qualifications, you will qualify to recieve the car and home bonus�

When you qualify for this bonus, you will earn an additional 15% of your monthly Neways earnings, up to the amount of your car payment, home-office expense, or $1,000, whichever is less� This additional bonus is added to your affinity commission payment�

ExecutiveLegsand Rank Advancement: As you develop Executivelegs, you are eligible to rank-advance beyond Executive and receive higher Affinity bonuses, up through the Senior Diamond Ambassador rank. An Executive leg is a leg containing an Executive who has met the monthly Executive leadership bonus requirements. For example, as a Diamond Ambassador you would have nine Executivelegs.

AffinityUnlimitedBonus:As you progress in rank from Senior Execu-tive and beyond, you can begin earning an Affinity Unlimited Bonus of 3–7%. As your Executive legs advance and qualify for Affinity Unlimited Bonuses, you begin to share the unlimited bonuses with them through full sharing or partial sharing.

AffinityGenerationalBonus:Distributors who qualify as Senior Diamond Ambassador are eligible to receive the Affinity Generational Bonus, which is a .5% bonus on all downline Affinity volume down to and including the Affinity PGV of the fourth downline Senior Diamond Ambassador.

6 Retailing A fast way to make money with Neways is to buy products at the distributor price, sell them for more (Neways suggests a retail price for each product), and make a retail profit� If you sell at Neways’ suggested retail price, this profit is up to 30 percent� In addition to providing an excellent source of income, the volume associated with the products you purchase for retail sale counts toward your Personal Volume�

Home Presentations: Retailing works very well in home settings, and Neways offers multiple incentives for conducting home presentations. For more details, log in at neways.com/usa.

Web Retailing:Selling Neways products online has never been easier. As a Neways distributor, you can create your own free personalized iNeways website with retail pricing. It’s simple to direct people to your site, where they can place orders online. They will receive their product directly from Neways, and you get a retail commission, plus volume that counts toward your Personal Volume.

Every time someone places a retail order on your account through iNeways or by calling Neways, we will pay you a retail commission for the difference between the distributor and retail prices. Retail pay-ments are processed and mailed weekly.

Terms You Need to Know

80/20 Rule: No more than 80 percent of the volume for rank advancement can come from one downline leg. This rule helps ensure that advancing members have adequate volume in their teams to support their continued qualifi-cation in future months.

AffinityProfitCenter: This part of the compensation plan pays on all volume over the first 100 PV of each distributor.

Breakaway: When a member of your PersonalGroup rank-advances to Executive, this distributor and his or her personal group move from your personal group to create their own Executive Group. When this happens, they are still part of your downline organization, just not your personal group.

Compression: If a distributor in your down-line or a group does not meet certain qualifica-tions, that distributor’s or group’s volume will be added or compressed down to the next distribu-tor or group who does meet the qualifications. When this happens, the compressed levels be-come one pay level, maximizing your payouts.

Diamond Ambassador Leg: The name for a leg when a distributor in the leg qualifies as a Diamond Ambassador.

Direct Ship Leg: The name for a leg when a distributor in the leg qualifies with at least 100 PV Direct Ship.

Direct Ship: Distributors and customers can set up a standing order for convenient monthly shipment of products, processed and shipped at the same time each month. Everyone is free to select the products of their choice. All customer volume from DS orders contributes to the sponsoring distributor’s DS PV.

Downline Team: Your downline team includes all distributors who you have person-ally sponsored and who are sponsored by

each distributor within your entire downline organization. Your downline team can consist of an unlimited number of downline distribu-tors and their retail and preferred customers.

EffectiveMonth: Following the qualifying month, this is the month in which a new rank advancement takes effect and is recognized when calculating group development commissions.

Enroller: The term for the person who brought you into Neways. The enroller may or may not be the same person who is your Neways sponsor.

ExecutiveLeg: The name for a leg when a distributor in the leg meets the qualification to be considered a qualified Executive, which is qualified for Executive leadership commissions.

Full Sharing: This occurs when you qualify for an unlimited bonus and a distributor below you qualifies for an unlimited bonus equal to or greater than the amount for which you qualify. For example, in the MultiplexProfitCenter, if you qualify for a 4% unlimited bonus and your downline distributor also qualifies for a 4% unlimited bonus, you will now fully share your 4% unlimited bonus with this distributor on his or her downline. This means you will no longer receive a 4% unlimited bonus on the other distributor’s downline, since the other distributor will receive the 4% unlimited bonus on his or her own downline distributors. Full sharing occurs in the Multiplex and Executive Leadership sections.

Leg: Each time you personally sponsor a distributor, you create a leg to your down-line. The terms wide or width are often used when referring to the number of legs in your downline.

Level (Actual): Distributors you person-ally sponsor are considered your first level. When a person on your first level sponsors

someone onto his or her own first level, the new person becomes part of the same leg but becomes your second level, and so on. The terms deep or depth are often used when refer-ring to the number of levels in a leg.

MultiplexProfitCenter: This part of the compensation plan pays on the first 100 PV of each distributor.

OrganizationalVolume: This is the com-bined personal volume of your distributor-ship and the volume from your downline team (all your downline distributors).

Paid Level: These levels are created when the volume from actual levels is added together or compressed. (See entry for Compression.)

Partial Sharing: This occurs when you qualify for an unlimited bonus and a down-line distributor also qualifies for an unlimited bonus, although your downline distributor qualifies for the unlimited bonus at a lower percentage than you. For example, in the MultiplexProfitCenter, if you qualify for a 5% unlimited bonus and your downline distributor qualifies for a 2% unlimited bonus, you will receive a 3% unlimited bonus on the PV in your downline distributor’s downline organization, since your downline distributor will receive the 2% unlimited bonus on his or her own downline distributors’ PV. Partial sharing occurs in the Multiplex and Execu-tive Leadership sections.

PersonalGroupVolume(PGV):This is the sum of PV from you and the distributors in your Personal Group. Executives and their groups are excluded from your PGV. (See entries for Personal Volume and Personal Group.)

PersonalGroup: Your personal group in-cludes Consultants, Supervisors, and Managers in each leg of your downline. Your Personal

Group ends in a leg when a distributor at the Executive rank or higher appears in that leg.

Personal Volume (PV): This is the sum of qualifying and commissionable volumes of the products you personally order, as well as products purchased by your preferred and retail customers as well as any customers who pur-chase from your iNeways replicated website.

PreferredCustomer: Preferred cus-tomers can purchase product for personal use only and cannot sponsor, sell products, or earn commissions. Preferred customers pay member pricing, and the volume from their purchases is included in their sponsor’s PV.

QualifyingMonth: The month in which a distributor accumulates the required volume to rank-advance. When rank-advancing to Super-visor or Manager, the distributor must have at least 100 PV in the qualifying month. When rank-advancing to Executive, the distribu-tor must have 100 PV and 1,000 PGV in the qualifying month.

RetailCustomer: Retail customers can purchase product for personal use only and cannot sponsor, sell products, or earn com-missions. Retail customers pay the suggest-ed retail pricing, and the volume from their purchases is included in their sponsor’s PV.

Sharing: If you qualify for an unlimited bonus and a distributor in your downline qualifies for an unlimited bonus, the total unlimited bonus will be divided between you and your downline distributor. Sharing occurs in the Multiplex and Executive Leader-ship sections. (See entries for Full Sharing and Partial Sharing.)

Sponsor: A sponsor is the distributor who is your immediate upline. In other words, you are on that distributor’s first level in his or her organization.
