The first round of evaluation is to be carried out in November 2014.

In this round, all grant applications submitted before 5:00pm on October 31st, 2014 will be evaluated.

The 2nd round of evaluation will cover all applications submitted from November 1st till 5:00pm on December 31st, 2014.

TECHNICAL EVALUATION COMMITTEE:Will consist a panel of 7 experts as follows:1.03 general experts for Science and Technology2.02 experts for S&T in the field related to the submitted proposal3.01 expert from State Commission on Overseas Vietnamese4.01 expert from Ministry of Science and Technology

The minimum quorum to hold a session is 5 members with the presence of the expert from the State Commission on Overseas Vietnamese, the presence of at least one of the experts in the field of the proposal, and the presence of the MOST expert

Details of the members of TEC including their CVs will be forwarded to World Bank for information

EVALUATION METHOD:

Based on the number of received proposals (minimum 7 applications within 60 days from the date of call for proposal), CPMU will call for a session of the Technical Committee (TEC) to evaluate the proposals.

In this round, all grant applications submitted before 5:00pm on October 31st, 2014 will be evaluated.

The 2nd round of evaluation will cover all applications submitted from November 1st till 5:00pm on December 31st, 2014.

TEC members will evaluate and provide the result of each proposal.
