Vidfly Overview

Welcome to Vidfly

1. Open Vidfly.co and click on Login on the home page.

2. Once you click on Login, you will see this login page. Enter your Username and

Password here.

3. After login, you will reach inside the dashboard area.

4. Here you will see these options: - Create channel, Training, Affiliate program

and Helpdesk.

5. When you will click on the profile picture a menu will open, from where you can

change the settings as per your choice.

6. Settings has 2 options: - General setting and Reset password.

In General Settings, you can set your name and e-mail address as shown in the

screenshot below. After that click on submit button.

7. With Reset password option, you can change your password by entering your

old password and the new one.

8. For creating a channel, click on “Create channel” button provided to you on the

top right corner.

9. After that a box will appear where you need to fill up the following fields.

i. Channel name: - Enter the name of the channel which you want to get

displayed on the Channel page.

ii. Description: - Enter the description of the channel mentioning the

information on what exactly the channel is about.

iii. Channel URL: - Enter the channel URL which you want to get displayed on

the viral page.

And click on Create button to create the channel

10. Click on Channel list option provided inside the left menu bar.

11. By Clicking on Channel list tab, you will see the list of all your channels created.

From where you can Edit, Delete or can Preview your channel.

12. Edit page shows these settings (which are explained in another PDF having

details of Banner & Channel Settings)

Now, let’s move on to Overview of Channel Page

13. On the Channel page, you can see the channel name on the top left corner. You

can search any video entering a keyword, add a new video inside the channel

and add a cover image. Using the drop-down arrow on the profile picture, you

can change the settings.

Below the cover image, you can see all your projects containing the videos which

displays Project name and the number of videos inside the project.

14. You can select the project you want to manage.

15. Now comes the Integration part. You can see the Integration tab on the left menu

bar. Click on this.

16. A list of all autoresponders which can be integrated with VidFly will be

displayed. After selecting the desired auto-responder a form will open where

you need to fill the required details.

For iContact,

i. API Key: - You will get this key after creating an account on the autoresponder

which you want to use.

ii. Username: - Enter the username which you use to login your autoresponder account.

iii. Password: - Enter your login password.

17. For MailChimp, insert your API key you received after creating an account on

MailChimp.

18. For Getresponse,

Enter the API key.

19. For Aweber,

i. Access token (Consumer key): - Enter the token access received from Aweber.

ii. Access token secret (Consumer Secret): - Enter the secret key which you

received after creating an account on labs.aweber.com

Save the credentials.

20. Now you can see the next option as Training. Click on it.

21. Here you can see all the training videos for setting up Vidfly.

22. Inside the Bonuses, you can access all the bonuses provided with the Vidfly

package.

There are 2 types of Bonuses: -

i. Vidfly bonuses

ii. Bonuses by partners

23. Next option is the Help button which will redirect you to our Support desk

where you can raise a ticket and ask your queries.

24. Here you can see our Helpdesk portal.

25. The last tab is of Subscription, inside which there is a usage tracking option.

26. Usage shows Previous usages and Videos uploaded data.
