Step 1: Obtain three pieces of 6 pipe or tubing depending onthe kit you purchased. The lengths should be 24, 8, and 12.
Step 2: Drill the nozzle holes in the 8 long hearth pipe with a

Typically there are three nozzles 4.7 up from the bottom
120 degrees apart pointed down at a 45 degree angle at the
hot well and one 3.7 up from the bottom angled down at
the hot well.
Step 3: Using a hole saw, saw a 1.5 hole in the ash bin six
inches up from the bottom. Weld a 1.5 pipe coupling
over the hole as a gas outlet.

Step 6: Weld the legs on. The best way to do this is to
tape together a piece of paper 20.81X 8.5 and fold it inthirds. Crease the paper then wrap it around the pipe and
tape it in place. Mark the pipe along the crease lines.

Step 11- Weld the puff lid flange on. Remove the hearth assembly
and set it aside. Removed the puff lid handle and draw latch. Support
the center of the puff lid base with wooden blocks or bricks. Place the
hopper on the puff lid and weld it in place. Be sure to weld the hopper
flange with the puff lid base tightly bolted together. The puff lid base
keeps the hopper pipe from falling through. The flange bolts are NOT
shown in this picture.
