The site may range from a specially built

stadium to abandoned garage, a museum or

a jungle clearing The site/ venue visit must go hand in hand

with the event design.

The event site must match with the corporateculture and event criteria.

Event managers will not bid an event unless

they have carefully inspected the site

The event manager should aware the event is

not over until the event has been shut down.

Shutdown includes contract acquittal, venuehandover and etc.

The process includes:
