A Note from the President of Operations & Client Relations:

Ventus International Aviation (VIA) was born out of discontent. Throughout the domestic and international aviation community, a definite dissatisfaction has been growing among clients; universally, the level of service being provided by trip support companies has deteriorated.

VIA has taken notice of this deficiency and the foundation of our businessphilosophy is in the desire to bring back personal service. We believe thattaking the time to establish real relationships with our clients is not anantiquated notion; it’s the basis of good business.

Clients may ask what makes VIA different from the competition. To us, the answer is simple: we love what we do, we excel at what we do, and our passion is providing the type of service that can only distinguish us as a leader within the aviation community.

This is not a static industry and we are not a static company. Our drive towards improvement is the by-product of our innovative spirit. That’s why when we counter the challenges of this industry, we enthusiastically meet them with creative solutions.

Our clients are a big part of these solutions. By understanding the unique needs of each client, we can improve old methods and develop new strategies,creating individualized forms, programs, and systems that facilitate carefree domestic and international trips for our clients.

Overall, I hold firm to the belief that our superior customer service will enable us to surpass the competition. We will create a name for ourselves – synonymous with integrity – that will flourish throughout the aviationcommunity.
