DEFINITIONSUPV : User Purchase ValueThe value of each UPV allotted is equivalent to Rs. 10,000. Every purchase of any value made by the Userwill be allotted number of UPVs in multiples of Rs.10,000.

Each multiple of Rs.10,000 is considered to be an individual UPV and hence, for each Rs.10,000 spent bythe Purchaser, oneUPV shall be allotted to them.

Cash-back will be given on the basis of each individual UPV as per the SCB. e.g. If the User makes apurchase of Rs 27,000 then the UPVs allotted to him would be 2 of value Rs. 10,000 each and the cash-back process on these two UPVs shall commence as per the cash back structure. The excess amount of Rs7,000 spent will remain reserved in the account till the User makes another future purchase of Rs 3,000uponwhich, the amount spent would be sufficient to allot another UPV of Rs.10000 to the User to initiatecash-back.

VPV : Vendor Purchase ValueAll vendors who will pay CB commission to the company, would be eligible for VPV Cash Back i.e. Oncethe vendor pays total of Rs 10,000 incentive then company will allot him a VPV and it will be treated asUPV only and in same way vendor will get the 100%cash back.

FPV : Fuel Purchase ValueEvery litre of fuel purchased would be allotted a FPV provided a Packaged Drinking Water Bottle is alsopurchased along with or prior to the filling of Fuel. All cash back will be processed as UPV only butdifferencewould benow instead of UPV it would be FPVand FPV would beeach Litreof Petrol.

CP : Channel PartnerThe CP will be representative of the company in the State/ Region/ Territory/ City / Locality and canrecommend and AppointACP and vendors after seeking approval fromthecompany.

CP can sign the association agreement with ACP and Vendors on company’s behalf after seeking writtenapproval on E-mail for Authorisationbutcannotamend or edit any termswithout company’s knowledge.

ACP : Assistant Channel PartnerACP can only recommend Vendors after consideration with CP, CP will take approval from Company andthereafter as guided by the company CP can go aheadwith the enrolmentof the Vendor.

SCB : Systematic Cash BackCash back will start after user has uploaded his bills worth Rs 10,000/- and Vendor approves thepurchase, then other new user (counted globally under hisUPV) doing thesame under theuser ’sUPV.
