FAQsDoes the customer need additional Veeam licensing for its side of the customer↔service provider setup?

No additional licensing from Veeam is required; however, the customer will need v8 and a subscription with a service provider.

Does Veeam offer its own cloud or backup service?No, Veeam is 100% channel driven. We do not compete with our partners or service providers. Instead, we are investing in R&D and marketing to make it easier for our partners to offer hosted services for Veeam.

How do I find a service provider?Veeam will be creating a web portal where Veeam customers can find service providers based on type of offering, geography, etc. This web portal can be opened directly from within the Veeam backup console.
