Summer Internship (May-June 2015)
I have done my summer internship from “Hindustan Unilever Limited”, Indore. I had worked upon the project titled “Sales and distribution of Food, Beverages and UFS
products of Hindustan Unilever Limited, IBS division.”
Accomplishments/Skills acquired during internship:
Acquired basic knowledge of field work in sales and distribution channels. Learnt the skills to make a successful call to an account and to deal with customers. Besides learning to bring in new customers, also learnt the skill of retaining existing clients by
maintaining good relationships with them, taking their feedback on products, resolving their issues and keeping a track of their requirements.
With able guidance of my mentors at HUL, I added cash sales of Rs.13500/- to my account. Within a short span of two months, I converted 6 prospective customers to regular
customers of the company, gave 8 Follow-ups to my Company and also added products to existing accounts.
