OBJECTIVE OF SHIBAI® METHODShibai© literally means “representation” and our method implies the representation of the whole internal energy network, which reflects on the skin surface.
Shibai© turns into an efficient method for professional cosmetic work, improving the results of beauty treatments. A method that i sable to mobilise vital energy by means of finger-pressure of certain points, so that the organism reaches its optimal condition for a better active assimilation.
WORKING METHOD OF SHIBAI® METHODStart by locating the point to stimulate (see sheets). For the location of some points, the distance references are measured using the size of the client’s finger, not the professional’s. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, these distances are called Cun. The SHIBAI© METHOD is practised with a firm pressure on the selected point. This pressure has to be deep, but not painful for the client. Since not everybody has the same sensitiveness degree, you must pay special care and sensitiveness on the pressure. The pressure is maintained steadily for 10 or 15 seconds, after which, it relaxes and with a gentle touch, without losing contact with the skin, move the hand up to the following point.
