DESCRIPTION The Seminario is very practical version of stadium seating for formal teaching. The lowerlevel incorporates soft seating where standalone tables can be added for note taking, computeror tablet use. The higher level increases the capacity of the group and incorporates worktops.

EXPANDABILITYThe Seminario range is a scalable range of products that can be extended or reduced in size to suit individual needs. A wide range of additional furniture components can be added to the range to give the Seminario products much more functionality.

STANDARD RANGE

WARRANTYThe following warranty applies to all Spaceoasis products. Spaceoasis Ltd. warrants product sold to be free of defects in material and workmanship as follow:• panels, steel assembly post and stop ends

for the lifetime of the product• seating & desktops for a period of 5 years

unless if further limited by the fabric/material supplier warranty

05 Technical Specification

PANEL HEIGHTS All Seminario are supplied at 950mm hight..

DIAMETERS SEM001 is supplied at 2.5m, SEM002 at 3m and SEM003 at 4m diameter as standard. This range can be upgraded to 4.8m, 6m & 7.5m diameter.

SEAT TYPES Spaceoasis have three types of seating for the Seminario range each has its own benefit:

• mobile push up seats, the best value option for seating with the added benefit of being usable away from the pod should the need arise

• panel fixed seat back, the default option for all pods giving a mid cost option with a pleasing aesthetic

• integral seat back, single piece seating unit that allows the panel to remain unmarked in the installation process (surcharge applies)

06Product Composition

PANEL 60mm thick, constructed from pre formed plywood frame with paper honeycomb core finished with 8mm thick fibre board skin and finishing layer .

SEATS150mm thick, constructed from solid base with CMHR foam upholstered in a range of contract quality fabrics.

CONNECTIONS The panels are connected to the recessed linking post using security fixings, integral furniture connects through the feature relief joint

STOPENDStopends are constructed from pressed plywood, coated with clear lacquer.

SUPPORT BLADESDesktop and seat support blades 25mm thickness, melamine on both faces with ABS edges, connected to linking post with cam locks .

LINKING POST PVC coated mild steel section with predefined nut inserts.

TOPSDesktops, 30mm thick, melamine on both faces with ABS edges.

07 Finishes

PANELS Finished in Abet colour laminate as standard, however panels can be specified with most post -formable materials. As an additional level of acoustic performance panels can be finished in fabric with an acoustic foam backing.

DESKS / WORKTOPS / TOUCHDOWNS

Horizontal surfaces as standard are finished in White, Light Grey, Beech and Maple MFC with matching ABS edges. Alternatively surfaces can be laminated in any suitable laminate and matching or contrasting ABS edge.

STOPENDS

SEATS

Each Spaceoasis screen ends with a stopend that is constructed from radiused lacquered plywood or spray painted grey. Alternatively stopends can be spray painted to match or contrast with panels.

All seating is finished in band 1 fabric as standard however all types are available in wide range of contract quality fabrics.

LINKING POSTS All linking posts are finished in PVC, RAL 9006 grey as standard.

SUPPORT BLADES All support blades finished in grey melamine with matching ABS edges as standard.
