Program Enrollment

Step 1 Contact WEF’s UPP Program Manager at upp@wef.org or 1-703-684-2400 x7750.

Step 2WEF will provide a list of current and former members within your utility, allowing you to specify which members will be designated in your Utility Partnership Program.

Step 3You determine when you want your UPP cycle to begin. WEF staff will synchronize renewal dates and pro-rate any necessary dues amounts.

Step 4WEF will consolidate all current and new memberships into your new annual invoice.
