Activity 1 (10 mins):
Think of your last few years here as a student. On your worksheet, answer the following:
1. What events, training and initiatives did you attend outside of class?
2. Could you have attended more? If so, what stopped you?
3. What do you know now about Personal Development that you didn’t know before this session?
Now, if you could travel back in time and visit yourself as a ‘Fresher’, what 3 bits of advice would you tell yourself about Personal Development? Write your 3 things on your worksheet and on a post-it (to be shared with the group)

Activity 2 (20mins):
Using your worksheet, think back to the GA Induction you had on Monday and fill in the sections:
1. Fill out the 3 reflection stages
2. What evidence did you capture?
3. What else could/should you have captured?
Write on your worksheet and post-it note 3 types of evidence you will collect from this session that will help you to reflect and remember what was covered (to be shared with the room)
