iTrade Dashboard - User Manual

Login to iBusiness using your credentials

User ID along with Pin+token to be entered

Please click on Trade & Guarantees module to access trade module

Then Click on Trade Services - iTrade


This page shows the dashboard of all trade related information. Starting from on-going tasks,

outstanding amount (product wise), upcoming events includes requests pending in approver’s queue,

notification from bank side, list of discrepancies and graphical re-presentation of the product wise

outstanding positions

Ongoing Tasks: will list down all the tasks performed by the user logged in

Calendar: Displays the list of all the transaction either due for expiry or shipment date or maturity date

for easy reference. Clicking on the date will show all the transaction of that date


Outstanding Amount – displays the overall outstanding amount at a product level

Upcoming Events:

Recent Pending Transactions with Corporate User – This shows the list of pending transactions with the

Corporate User to approve. Kindly click on the System ID to view details


Recent Notifications from Bank – This shows the transactions which are completed end to end from the

Bank user

The statuses included in this are:

New – Only the first event completed by Bank user for e.g. creation of Import LC, Export Collection

transactions etc

Reporting – The subsequent events completed by Bank user for e.g. Import LC Amend / Bill Lodgment

and Export Collection Amend / Accept / Payment etc.

Legend:

: Completed

: In Process

: Rejected

Recent Pending Transactions with Bank – This shows the transactions pending with the Bank users

The status included in this are as follows:

Submitted to Bank – Under Approval – This shows the transaction which is currently under internal

approval with the Bank

Approved by Bank – Under Process – This shows the transaction which was approved & currently under

processing with the Bank

Wording Under Review – This shows transaction is pending as Bank is awaiting draft approval from the

Client


Pending Discrepancies – This shows the transactions for which discrepancies are raised

Outstanding per Product – The graph shows the outstanding amount at a product level

Adding Events: an event/reminder can be created from the dashboard with an option of one time or

recurring
