USER MANUAL FOR VIEW AND DOWNLOAD THE COMMITTEE AGENDRA PAPER BOOK

To accessAgenda Paper Book, please click on login button on the top right side of homepage of website-

https://mphc.gov.in/

Please Fill the username, password and Captcha code then click on Log in button

After successful login, please click on DASHBOARD tab and then click on Committee Agenda tab.

1. Schedule–Member can view the Committee meeting date and time, committee name and its Member and

status.

2. Agenda/Minutes-Member can select the Committee name. After select the Committee name, all uploaded

ePaper Book shown,Member can view and download the paper book.

3. Committee Member's & Secretary- In this tab Committee wise Committee member shown.

4. ViewMember’s- All the committee with committee description shown.

MinutesUpload form – User upload Minutes pdf file from this module.
