About Financial Monitoring System:

Financial Monitoring System is an online application of National Health Mission, Assam. It keeps the records of the financial status of all the State Head Quarter, District Health Societies, Block PHC(BPHC) and Health Institutions of National Health Mission, Assam.

The modules the system:

Master(HI Configuration Master) Entry Forms(Bank and Cash Book Balance Entry) Reports

The users of the system:

District Accounts Manager Block Accounts Manager State Accounts Persons

How to access the online system:

URL : http://nrhmassam.info/FM/

Use username and password assigned by MIS Cell, NHM, State Head Quarter, Assam to login.

If you get problem in login, please contact state head quarter.



How to Login:

Use URL http://nrhmassam.info/FM/

Following screen will be appeared with a login form:



Login using the username and password provided by MIS Cell, NHM, State HQ, Assam.

After successful login, user will be landed in the following page:



Menu of the system:

The following modules will be seen in the form of menus:

Master Entry HI Configuration Entry

Entry Forms Bank Balance Entry

Edit Forms Reports



Master:

In the “Master” menu option, we will get “HI Configuration Master”.

Here State Accounts Persons and District Accounts Managers can configure the bank accounts.

Here only “District Accounts Manager” can configure the bank accounts for following:

1) District Health Society 2) Block PHC(BPHC) 3) Health Institutions in the district

Click on HI Configuration Master



How to configure account for District Health Societies:

Go to “Master”->Hi Configuration Master

Click on the Add/Edit button



After clicking on the add/edit button, following form will be displayed:

Select Hi Category as “Others”:

Select “Others”



Then select “Hi Name” as “DPMU”.

Then select user name.

Select Hi Name as DPMU

Select user name of district accounts manager



The “Minimum Value(Rs)” and “ Maximum Value(Rs)” values are optional.

Then enter bank accounts like following.

Bank account

Bank branch

PFMS Code Remarks

Click to add more bank account



How to configure account for Block PHC (BPHC):

To keep separate bank accounts for Block PHC(BPHC) under district, following steps needs to be followed.

Click to save the configuration

The list of the saved configuration bank account will be shown here

Select Block PHC



Select Others

Select BPMU

Select User



How to configure bank accounts for Health Institutions:

To configure bank accounts for Health Institutions, following steps needs to be followed:

Select Health Institution Category:

Select BPHC



Select Health Institution Name:

Select HI Name

Select User Name

Enter Bank Details

Click to submit data



Entry Forms:

Bank Balance Entry:

In the “Bank Balance Entry” form, state person, district accounts manager and block accounts manager will do the entry for “Bank Balanace as Per Passbook” and “Bank Balance as Per Cashbook”.

To go to “Bank Balance Entry” form, click on “Bank Balance Entry” link under “Entry Forms” menu.



If District Accounts Manager access the page, then following form will be displayed.

Here only make entry for DHS

Enter bank balance as per Cashbook

Enter bank balance as per Passbook

Enter Submit Button to save data



Block Accounts Manager can make entry for Block PHC and Health Institutions.

List of HI having bank accounts configuration



Reports:

Following reports are present in the system:

1) District Wise 2) Report not uploaded 3) District Report 4) Amount 5) DHS 6) HI Wise Status

1) District Wise: The report display latest updated total amount of District Health Society, Block PHC, Health Institution and State.



2) Report not uploaded: The report displays the status of Health Institutions and Block PHC who have not updated the bank balance in a period of time.

Select district

Select date from

Select date to

Click Submit



3) District Report: The report display the updated balance of all the Health Institutions of the District.

Select District Click



4) Amount:

The report display list of Health Facilities having amount less or greater than some selected amount.

Select greater or less than

Enter amount in Rs.

Click enter



5) DHS The report displays the updated balance amount of District Health Societies in Rs.

6) Health Institution Wise Status

The report displays the Health Institution wise balance.

Select District

Click search
