• Ratio rent/ property 15% - 85%. Most buildings built between 1970 en 1990. • Book value: € 82 Million, market value € 105 Million en de insurance value (rebuilt) € 275 Million• Maintenance level is relatively good in general; 22% = reasonable, 68% good and 10% excellent. • From 2011 on about 75.000 m2 is rebuilt around 10.000 m2 are built new;• Maintenance costs/m2 are relatively high due to the high amount of buildings;• In three different cities; 6-8 campuses
